Beautiful place, Priscila was super kind and generous, the place is sensational if living nearby would come back every month. The environment is of peace and harmony. And there are still some pampering that we observed when we arrived that made everything more special.

Well located, very organized building with pro-active and gentle gatekeepers, large garage, clean elevators. The apartment is in good condition and has excellent ventilation, the towels were of very good quality, the kitchen was appropriate for us to make some meals, the bathrooms have hot water available and were clean.

Great hosting! The space was impeccable, well equipped and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access. The host Diego was attentive and always available. Would recommend and would definitely come back!

We chose the Iara flat to stay at Villa Hipica, sincerely it was the best cost-benefit. villa Hipica is simply wonderful for children who enjoy activities. I went with 3 children and my husband, the local staff is wonderful. There is programming on the holidays from 09h until 9pm. My children loved and consequently we TB. they were able to participate in all the activities of the site. With regards to hosting, everything was fine. The place had everything we needed, it was clean. The unforeseen events that occurred (the air was working) Iara promptly solved. always quickly to answer and solve. the only problem is that unfortunately (and this is not the fault of the host) this part of the flats was a horrible smell of feces, this because the lake was drying and the smell of organic matter was spreading.... We could not make use of the balcony or the pool in front of the flat, which did not prevent us from enjoying it, would return again!

The apartment is impeccable, complete furniture and utensils and a great location for those who will enjoy São João de Caruaru. My family and I were very pleased with everything and will be back soon. And obviously I couldn't help but talk about the friendliness and hospitality of the host Mr José Maria, I just have to thank for everything.

I had a wonderful stay in Késia's apartment From her first contact, she was extremely attentive and helpful, making the whole process very smooth. The apartment is impeccable: very clean, well equipped and with a large and super comfortable bed. The location is excellent, with bakery and market at the door of the condominium, in a quiet and family environment. I recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

The stay was great, the host always answered very quickly in case of very requested questions and the condominium is close to the mall, very clean and well organized apartment. I have no complaints complied with what was described.

The Apartment is wonderful, just the same and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, check in and check out without bureaucracy, super friendly staff, the location is good, trades, markets, bars and pharmacies very close! Fábio answers all questions quickly! We love our stay in the city of Forró, we will come back more often for sure!.

Quiet location, easy to find and well located.

House is excellent, located in a wonderful condominium. A quiet place to stay with family. We were able to build great memories during the stay and we were left with the feeling of returning more often. Both Welita and her son were quite kind and friendly, providing clear and thoughtful communication.

The accommodation was great, the chalet is extremely cozy, with an amazing view! All rooms were in good cleaning conditions, the kitchen and the well-equipped service area, with the main utensils. Sure, I'll be back!

I loved the stay ,when I arrived I did not locate and network and the mineral water was almost empty, but when I was able to speak to Relocation I was attended immediately, everything naeavi super recom, and I will certainly return several times The TV only picks globe and you tube, but it did not get in the way because in the face of so many activities at the hotel it was not necessary to use the TV.
