Excellent location, within ten minutes walk to two train stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. We were delighted to discover Marlene Dietrich was born just around the corner! Gerhard was very responsive and would check in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as giving suggestions for places to go. Very quiet neighborhood, and a sweet view of the courtyard/garden in back from the kitchen window ... plenty of birds and squirrels kept us entertained!

The house is in a nice and relaxed place. With several supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

Very clean and brightly designed apartment with connections to the subway, S-Bahn and tram right nearby. The nights are quiet, despite the active nightlife on the main road. In addition, there are many business and dining options right in the neighborhood that you can explore at any time. The tips and reliable communication with Tamara made me feel very safe during my stay. It was definitely worth it for me and I can highly recommend the apartment! ☀️

Amazing location, tons of great restaurants, shops (both fun and practical), and transit. For being in the middle of the city, this place is so quiet it’s incredible. All we could hear was the sound of birds singing, which we loved! A great place for a short stay!

I really enjoyed staying at Oli’s place. The apartment was very comfortable and tucked away, but walking distance to a lot of different shops, cafes, the zoo, etc. Oli was very kind and took time to explain things. I could tell he truly wanted my stay in Berlin to be a good experience.

I can highly recommend this apartment. It is excellent value for money, very clean and tidy and in a quiet location. Alex is a helpful host who is easy to contact and he provided clear, easy to understand instructions. He also allowed is to check in one hour early. The apartment is very close to a U-bahn stations and an S-bahn station meaning you are just a couple of stops from the main rail network and several useful tram routes. It's also possible to walk to the centre from the apartment in 25-30 minutes. There are also plenty of places to eat out nearby. I would definitely stop at this apartment again in the future.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Really personal check-in process that made sure we knew about local amenities, and very responsive on chat, giving us advice on how to get to the apartment during a transport strike.

We have been super happy with our holiday at Karak's place. Very clean and tidy - and on the 18 floor you get off the line to the TV tower. Good central location in the city, and walking distance to most things

Always a wonderful place to stay!!!

A great and beautiful flat, exactly as the description and the photos. Very confortable beds with lots of fluffy towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of essentials in the cupboards. The only slight thing is 2 bedrooms are on a busy road, it has triple glazed windows but if you are not used to a busy city, you might hear it in the background. It is not a real issue, it depends with what you are used too. Overall a great stay.

So pleased we found this little gem! the location is perfect for sightseeing, a 2 minute walk to the underground station and a choice of bakeries and cafes clserving breakfast on the doorstep. we chose to eat out for every meal but could have easily used the apartment to cook- supermarket 2 streets away and the apartment is very well equipped. Our flight arrived really late but Ronald was still happy to meet us and show us around the apartment, which was so kind. He also provided us with plenty of tourist recommendations,which we really appreciated. We will definitely be back to stay here again and have already recommended the apartment to friends too.

Stayed here for two days, suitable for longer stays too. The apartment is equipped with all necessities. The location is convenient. The host responded quickly to messages and was very friendly. Thank you!

We had a super great time in Simone's great place. We didn't miss anything and were able to really relax. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired and if you don't have enough of the pool during the day, you can admire the starry sky from the hot tub at night. The only thing to note is. We came by public transport and had to walk to the train station on the day of departure (50 min), as neither bus nor taxi/Bolt or Uber are available on Sundays. That maybe as a little info...but of course has nothing to do with the wonderful accommodation itself! We will be happy to come back!

Everything was fine and as described. The hostess was very nice and personally welcomed us and explained everything, was always available. If you want to enjoy a few spa days, I can highly recommend the apartment. A quiet location and you are undisturbed.

Evgeny was absolutely kind and his place I would definitely recommend it 100%, the flat is really comfy clean, big enough for one persona or a couple, the wi fi connection was great for me to work, the zone is great with a lot of things in the surroundings (markets, bakery, train station). Easy to find the address and well connected with other parts of the city. 100% Good!

I can't say anything bad about this place. Everything was as described and we had some relaxing days. Glad to come back

Beautiful spot. Cosy and welcoming. Great kitchen with all items and utensils needed to cook for a few people. We had a great time in the sauna and beautiful walks around the lake. Comfortable beds and cosy soft sofas.

We were very happy with the place! It was friendly and brightly decorated and everything so that we felt comfortable! Forest, lake and city core can be reached quickly - so great location. Sun shines in the apartment and at night nice and quiet so we could sleep relaxed. Thanks for the beautiful accommodation!

We really enjoyed our stay in Berlin. The flat was huge, lots of light, and close to everything we wanted to do in the neighborhood. Near the canal and all the great cafes and bars. Would definitely stay here again.
