We had a lovely stay at Wakene’s home. The house was very clean and comfortable. Check-in with the lock box was handy for us with a few kids in tow - timings are always hard to predict! Wakene was also proactive in messaging to confirm check-in details and to ask if we had any queries. A table and chairs would have been great in the kitchen, but admittedly the house was exactly as described.

My family and I had a brilliant two weeks stay at Gareth and Adam's house in Hitchin. Gareth and Adam were both brilliant hosts who made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond our expectations, which made the experience feel more like a five star hotel than an AirBnb. The house is well located, a couple of minutes walk from the train station. We really enjoyed spending the summer evenings in the garden. Highly recommend.

Orchard House is lovely family home, very comfortable for a large family group stay. Our weekend was a birthday treat for a grandparent and two families with 5 children. Agnes left her own children's toys available to play with and that made the venue a great hit with our youngsters. That and the spacious and extremely well equipped rooms made our weekend a great success. The location is easy to find and well placed for anyone visiting Oxford and the surrounding areas, particularly convenient for Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. An all round 5 star venue and a great and considerate host, Agnes.

Our group of five couples stayed here for a weekend reunion and this large house was ideal for our needs. The large kitchen was really well equipped for prep, cooking and eating (although everything initially took a some finding as there are so many cupboards!) and the two tables together made a great eating area. The main sitting room is huge and everyone felt the bedrooms were comfortable. We didn't use the garden at all, it was small relative to the size of the house but there are plenty of lanes and paths locally to walk on. We found plenty to do and a choice of places to eat within driving distance we managed to fit 5 cars into the parking area although it was a tight squeeze. Anjala was quick to respond to our only query during the weekend and overall, we'd have no hesitation about recommending this property for a weekend stay for a large group.

This was a return visit to this spacious, well kept, tidy, clean home. Really pretty garden. Very easy to access from A1. Fiona is very helpful, welcoming and responsive.

The apartment was ideal for our long weekend: clean, easy to access, close to everything, very nice neighbourhood (supermarkets, restaurants…) and warm despite the very cold weather outside. Francesca is very kind and caring, very easy to contact. We loved it and would go back with no hesitation. One point to note: the staircase to access the apartment is a bit steep but for us it wasn’t a problem at all.

Stayed here for 4 days earlier this month and found it to be a really comfortable and well-equipped holiday home. Would definitely recommend to others.

Booked the studio flat for my elderly parents to stay in over Christmas as our house was full. Lovely space for them, warm, very clean and perfect space for them. The spiral staircase to access the flat wasn’t an issue even though my Dad is more of a shuffler these days. Shane was really helpful, friendly and there to support if needs be. Teas, coffee, breakfast provisions and a tidy kitchenette meant they could have something to eat, especially the home made honey. I would highly recommend the space.

We stayed for two weeks, and our family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The view from the living room is beautiful, and the kitchen is well-equipped with ample spices and utensils. Having two bathrooms was very convenient, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location is great, close to the kids' school and supermarkets. The lift and underground parking were also very convenient. We created lasting memories in the stunning city of Oxford. We are grateful to our hosts, Hannah and Jake, and consider meeting them a stroke of luck.

Cannot recommend Lesley’s place more highly for a short stay in Oxford. . The location is great (central and just a few minutes walk from the station), spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped. Despite being central, it is also very quiet and lovely to have the stream running by. Lesley is communicative, accommodating and helpful.

I stayed at this beautiful flat for 4 weeks. It was very comfortable, secure,warm and in an ideal location.The host Kate was lovely and could not have been more helpful and friendly.

A super little get away. The property is faultless, everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. Quality furnishings throughout and was spotlessly clean. Host was great even though we didn't see her during our stay. Communication prior to our stay was clear and with simple instructions, our questions were instantly answered too. Will return but will bring our dog next time.

had a very peaceful, cosy time here. Steve met us when we arrived. A very nice man. the place was just what we wanted. some peace and quiet away from busy lives. The place was spotless and lovely and warm. Would recommend for sure.
