Natural wine might feel like the hottest culinary trend, but where did it come from? • Along with some natural wine vocab, we’ll give you the scoop on the contemporary natural wine scene in Paris. You’ll learn about the legendary wine stores and restaurants in Paris that paved the way for natural wine’s rise across the globe. • As we enjoy our third wine, I’ll share tips for talking to a sommelier so you can make the most of the spirit of discovery in this city. After a quick global introduction about French wine, you will go deeply into the wine regions, the labels of French wines, the grape varietals used etc... All information will be shown on a screen while I will explain in a casual and relax atmosphere details and facts. I'm also here to answer your questions! Wines are coming from small quality winemaker and the cheeses are coming from a famous local cheese shop from the Latin Quarter.
