Quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown and Red River valley Parks

The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is great. The beds were comfortable, but if your group is mostly adults like ours was, 12 people is a stretch. The beds in the basement are a pull out couch and a mattress inside the bean bag chair so if you're 35+ it could be a struggle. We did really enjoy our stay and were very happy that there was a well stocked kitchen, as this is the main reason we stay at an AirBNB.

Our stay was excellent. We felt right at home and it was very cosy and comfortable. It had everything we needed!

This cabin was quiet, cozy, and comfortable. Lovingly restored with both rustic and modern finishes, it was a wonderful place for my family and I to stay for the weekend (2 adults, 4 children). It had everything we needed and then some. The hosts were very responsive, and the small town of Hatton was quiet and only a short commute to Grand Forks. I would definitely recommend this cabin for those looking for a quiet retreat.

VERY thoughtfully appointed place to stay! 8 of us ladies stayed for womens state bowling tournament. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out & have our own spaces during our short stay. To me it felt like going to stay at a relatives house with how cozy the house & neighborhood felt. Beds were comfortable, house was clean & spacious. From fresh milk & orange juice in the fridge, light snacks in a caddy to equipment for outdoor entertainment for a simple getaway. If it was warm enough & time outside of bowling we would have built a fire to make s’more’s as she provided everything for that too! Kim accommodated an early check in for us so we’d have somewhere to drop our bags while we bowled. She also accommodated a late check out. Best Air BnB experience so far. A gem for sure.

We had a lovely stay at Kristal 's place. The house was very clean and we had everything we need for a family with 2 kids. Kristal is a great host. She responded promptly to messages and she was so kind to allow us add an extra guest at last minute at no extra charge. I will highly recommend her place and I'll stay there again.

We loved staying at Emily's listing. She had snacks ready for us when we walked in the door and the place was stunning. Super clean and comfortable, we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here while my daughter competed during the Mrs North Dakota Pageant in Grand Forks, the hotel the pageant had a room block at had sold out and we were considering bringing our dogs (which we couldn’t do at the hotel) so this gave us flexibility. While we weren’t in the home much during the day as we were at rehearsals, it was a relaxing place to unwind at the end of the day. The echo devices were nice to just listen to music. There is a nice front and back porch although it was too chilly for us to enjoy them. The home has a certain charm about it and I felt like I was visiting my grandparents (and not in a bad way). The beds were comfortable as well as the sitting furniture. The front room also provided yoga mats and hula hoops for anyone who wanted to do yoga- something my friend enjoyed. We didn’t cook at the home but supplies were provided. The bathroom provided essentials so we didn’t have to remember to bring them. The washer and dryer nice to have!
