Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Grand Bend

Great value, and Guosen was very thoughtful and considerate as a host. When the weather got dodgy, and our flights were in jeopardy he helped out by freezing bookings for the next couple days, so we could extend our stay at the last minute if needed.

This was our third time as Nancy's guests and this is our favourite weekend getaway. The property is very peaceful and relaxing with beautiful scenery, especially the walking path along the river. The house is open and spacious. We love the stone fireplace and the large window looking out onto the pond. The birdfeeder in front of the large window attracts quite a variety of birds. Nancy communicates very well and makes her guests feel welcome and at ease.

FALL GETAWAY-Stayed Oct 18-20, 2024 with friends. The surroundings at this cottage in the fall are absolutely beautiful lots of fall colours and wildlife. There's a lovely beach just down the road we had great weather so it was nice to go for a walk, very peaceful not allot of people this time of year. We had dinner at Macphersons on Friday night which was very good and pizza the following night at Grogs which was also very good. Host Rebecca was wonderful, helpful, very worry free experience. Great cottage very clean had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Fantastic getaway to unwind and enjoy the outdoors would highly recommend.

The property was wonderfully quiet. We spent Saturday quietly and had a nice cheery fire in the fireplace on Saturday night. It was just the right place for us to have a little getaway.

I was having a girls weekend with my sister and we chose Alyse's place to do that. It is a beautiful farm house. Lots of woodwork and it felt very warm and comfortable. There was a lot of space to hangout and relax. We were greeted with a personalized note and clear instructions as well as some local strawberry jam. Delicious and a kind touch. I had a couple questions and she was super fast to respond which was appreciated. Great space outside to sit and read a book, it is quiet and beautiful! We went to relax and mission accomplished! Highly recommend!

We stayed here with our wedding party for our wedding weekend. There was ample space for everyone to stay, plenty of bathrooms with great shampoo/conditioner. The bride and bridesmaids got ready at this house before the event and there was plenty of room for two makeup artists and a hair stylist without feeling crowded at all. Bonus is that it was super close to our venue! Overall the house is beautiful, the service was great and we would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

We were very pleased with our stay here. Kawalpreet was flexible with check in and check out times, which helped us immensely! It had a nice sized, fenced in backyard. And the location right beside the park was great for our four kids.

Mine was a last minute reservation and Sally’s Place went over and above to make it work for us. The cleaner did a fantastic job and the food provided for breakfast was perfect for my group.

This is a basement apartment Airbnb, which I usually try to avoid, as we have experienced a basement Airbnb where we could hear every word the owners above us were saying. But this basement Airbnb we could not hear anything above us, so it was private. There is a soaking tub/shower with a rain shower shower head. The tub/shower, being a soaking tub, is high to get in and out of. But it has excellent water pressure. The bathroom is not right next to the bedrooms. We always bring our own nightlights in case this is the case. So, with the tall tub and bathroom not near the main bedroom, I am not sure I would recommend it for older people such as ourselves, but for a younger person, it would be perfect.

This was a perfect apartment for my few days' stay in London. Close to everything I needed, and in a lovely heritage home. It was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at MiCasa. The condo looked newly renovated, and it was very clean and comfortable. The building has a bar downstairs as well as “fowling”, plus a Speakeasy, so that was very convenient and fun. It was also walking distance to restaurants and other bars. The location is great. I would only suggest that the instructions to open the lock box specify to press * after the code. It took us a little while to figure this out before finally being able to open it.

I had a great experience at Pauline's accommodation! Everything was well organized; the place surpassed my expectations, exceeding what was shown in the photos. 100% recommended to book! I booked this beautiful home for six people, and we felt very comfortable in the home with the amount of bedrooms, comfortable beds and clean washrooms. There’s a beautiful backyard that also accommodates for kids which I think is great. I plan on booking in the summertime to take advantage of the pool with my son and friends. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Fawwaz was a great host. Thank you again.!
