House vacation rentals in Grand Bahama

We recently stayed at this property over MDW and we had a great time. The house was clean and provided mostly everything you need; outdoor furniture was in great shape and fairly new and the grounds were kept in good shape. The beach was steps from the property and water was beautiful. The host was very helpful and very responsive to questions and requests as well as Dawn who was readily available and showed us around the property when we arrived.

The views from this condo are unmatched! The ocean is mere steps away. We stayed the month of January and were able to see both stunning sunrises and gorgeous sunsets from the property. There's a nice relatively flat beach for walking on either side of the villas. The kitchen & bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we needed, plenty of towels beach towels and outdoor chairs. The property is gated and very secure. There are two restaurants on the street a well as a small but fairly well stocked grocery 1.2 miles away, certainly within walking distance for most with pricing in line or even better than the bigger grocery chain. We used our firestick for the TV and had zero issues with it. Jeannie communicates extremely well and cares that her guests enjoy their stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful home with great pool and backyard. Karen was very responsive and greeted us at the home. Great for family so everyone has space.

This was our second stay at this property. The house is fantastic. The location could not be better. Everything is on point. The host is great and communicates before, durning and after. We will be back for sure.

This house is beautiful and the view is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay! Our host Yvounger was very kind and helpful! We had everything we needed for a perfect and quiet family vacation. We would love to come back!

Absolutely enjoyed this booking (technically the second time as my sister booked last year too)! We had several family members in town for a funeral and the house was spacious yet homey enough to feel comfortable. We were really happy to house 8 of us together at such an emotional time. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and stocked with the basics for a visit. You'll love communicating with the property manager, Kat! She's a doll - very helpful and friendly. We'll probably book again if family is gathering on Grand Bahama.

We stayed in this House for a week . This place is located on property of Cooper’s estate (famous Bahamian businessman Harvard Cooper), where is located Cooper’s Castle (one of the tourist attractions) with absolutely stunning views from the hill. Recommend visiting this place. House we had stayed has everything you need for your comfort. Host Alice very friendly and helpful. Definitely we will recommend this place to our friends.

Great place for family and friends

Beautiful, secluded location with a stunning view from our beachside villa - sit on the porch and listen to crashing waves. Princess and Roy were excellent - helpful, allowed us a flexible check out time, took our photos and Roy recommended the local ‘Waves’ beachside bar/restaurant which is a truly authentic Bahamian experience. Such friendly and warm people. If you want to get away from touristy locations this is perfect. Beautiful beach. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Nice bedrooms and a huge living room, with good WiFi and TV. Hot water, and AC all good. Suggestions for the property owner: Get some beach loungers and ideally some fly screens (though spray is provided for the islands no see ums) and would benefit from addressing the stagnant water on the drive up to the property. We hired a car which is a necessity due to the remote location - small grocery stores are a 10 min drive. Fantastic and would stay again if we ever come back to scuba dive at Tiger Beach.
