Cozy place in a great location. Just down the road from the shuttle stop and the rec center. Hiking/mtbing trail access practically out the front door! Easy walking distance to the store, shops and restaurants.

Fabulous condo! Location to resort/lifts was amazing (right across the street from bus/shuttle in winter and walkable in summer). Very clean and host was responsive. We were Allowed a late checkout due to weather issues affecting our departure. Would highly recommend!

I've stayed here multiple times over the past few years. Gino has done a great job providing a clean and comfortable place to rest after long days of snowboarding and hiking. I've seen updates as well over the years, so it's apparent that he cares about making it a great value.

Had a great time at Denise’s condo. Everything you needed to have a wonderful time with your family best for either two adults and one or two kids, great amenities, including the pool and near the ski slope.

what a gem of a place! absolutely perfect for a quick trip and hike. I especially enjoyed that it was off season! felt like we had the place to ourselves thank you for all the little touches! not one went unnoticed.

This was a great stay and great hosts. If you’re not familiar with the area, the hosts provide a great overview of the area and amenities. The condo is close enough to walk to the hot tub which is great. Our kids loved to bunk and extra bed in the kids room. The condo is thoughtfully it right with plenary of hooks to hang your jackets, hats, ski gear all while having it out of the way. We hope to stay again soon.

This is a great stay! Angela is very responsive and helpful to any issues that may arise. The place is cozy but with a great view and easy access to the Granby ski resort. Her place came stocked with spices, a Britta water filter, and some cookware and condiments to ensure an easy stay.

Beautiful, updated condo. Highly recommend staying here and hosts are very communicative. Would advise that the second bathroom offers very little privacy (sink is in the hallway), so great for traveling with family or those you are comfortable with.

Gregory's spot was perfect for what we needed. The bus stop to Winter Park was steps from the front door and numerous bus lines go to the ski resort so that meant a bus showed up every few minutes. Several good restaurants were also within walking distance. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs were perfect after a long day of skiing. Garage parking with luggage racks made for easy unloading upon arrival. Additionally, the place was spotless and Gregory was a very responsive host.

We had an excellent time here. It is super close to a bus stop that will pick you up and take you right into Winter Park. The host was great with communication and everything went very smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

What a trip! Anean's is an excellent place to stay away from all the ski crowds and noise. It is an absolutely beautiful peaceful setting. There was plenty of room for two adults and two medium sized dogs. The "kitchen" area is small but has everything you need to prepare small meals. Anean was very accommodating as she allowed me to park in her parking spot because I drive a Chevy 2500 crew cab and I did not want to back all the way up or down the hill. She was very helpful and always responsive when I had a question. Overall, if you are looking for a quiet place off the beaten path with excellent views, you will find it at Anean's. The convenience to the ski lift was worth every penny of the rental. Excellent location, great amenities. Very well kept and clean.

They have done a great job making this cute unit comfortable and welcoming. The well decorated space has most all of the amenities you might need for your stay. The location is close to the Lift stop as well as the clubhouse. We enjoyed our weekend away!

this was a great space to stay in for our trip. easy drive to winter park in the mornings. it was great having a kitchen and althea ability to cook meals. kitchen was very well stocked with an assortment of cooking supplies

We have a fantastic stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, arcade and we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The only downside was the loud neighbors above us but otherwise it was great. We met so many nice people. We would for sure consider staying here again in the near future.

Cozy place to stay while in Granby!

Great place!! Very informative owner and extremely helpful (locked myself out of condo). Super clean and amenities are numerous. Complex is awesome and the ski in ski out was great. We plan on visiting WP and hopefully this same unit next year around the same time. Thanks for everything, we had a great trip. v/r Steve and Dominic DeRosa

We had a great girls ski trip, staying at Alene’s place. We enjoyed the hot tub and proximity to Winter Park shuttle as well as room to spread out. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed for meals.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a short ski trip. We absolutely loved the place! It was very quiet, and the views were beautiful. The private hot tub was relaxing and easy to use. James was very responsive and flexible during our stay. He even offered to let us stay longer if we could not make our flight due to a snow storm. We would definitely stay again!

Great place. Perfect location!

Great Location to ski resort. The local Lift Bus is great between 8am and 6pm getting to/from the condo. The Green line picks you up right in front of this Condo. After 6pm you have to call and request the black line bus to come pick you up and they don’t always pick up/drop off at the front of the condo. So if no car be prepared to have food or do a little walking. Pool and hot tub are located in this building just steps from the condo. Cozy place my family of 4 enjoyed our stay.
