House is very charming and up to date. Location worked very well for us and the neighborhood was quiet. We were there for a week and enjoyed our time there. Hostess is very nice and responds immediately and also checked in with us to make sure all of our needs were met. I highly recommend this place.

Overall a nice place, has the basics. Very close to a decent juice/smoothie shop and the college. The host is communicative, with a little delay, so work out arrival times early. Best if you don't have last minutes changes.

I booked this Airbnb for my parents and my sister's family to stay in while they were in town for a funeral. They all praised how spacious, clean, and beautiful the location was. My mom was pleasantly surprised by the size of the house. We will definitely book again if we need to visit Safford/Thatcher overnight. As for the host, she was very responsive to all our questions. The pictures of the house don’t do it justice; it truly is a gem.

Our family vacation in Safford was absolutely delightful, and a big part of that was thanks to this amazing home! After spending our days hiking, it was such a treat to relax here in the afternoons. Cooking family meals was a breeze in the incredibly well-equipped kitchen—every detail was thoughtfully considered. Rebecca was extremely helpful and responsive. This was hands down our best Airbnb experience ever, and that’s saying something since we’ve traveled to 30 countries! Thank you for making our stay so special.

This was the perfect location to stay for our rockhounding trip in the area and our first time visiting Arizona and traveling the state. We had everything we needed in our cozy fifth wheel rental and our hosts were friendly, welcoming and accommodating and shared with us the history of the property. We enjoyed beautiful tranquil views and sunsets, it was so peaceful! We look forward to visiting again! Thank you for having us Old Adobe Ranch!

I had a really great stay! I stayed here for 6 weeks for a clinical rotation at a nearby hospital which was only 4 minuets away. George was very kind and responded quickly to my questions. The house was very clean and very cozy. I have already recommended this place to a fellow classmate. Overall great experience :)

Sean's tiny house was exactly what I was looking for a month long stay with my dog. There was lots of space in the yard and other places closeby for hikes out in the desert. There were other areas not far away to learn the history of the people and explore unique formations of rocks, etc. Sean being a history buff, was more than willing to share his knowledge and his books for the background information. He even took a half day from his busy schedule to drive us into Box Canyon, one of he best nearby awesome sights. We especially enjoyed listening to his extensive knowledge of these uniques formations and so much more. I really appreciated Sean's accessibility and his attention to detail in making sure we were comfortable. Laurie's place was very relaxing and more than adequately supplied with necessities. It is a very special place that the family is graciously sharing with travellers.
