Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Grad Mali Lošinj

There were four of us with our two little boys in Croatia and we especially enjoyed that the children were able to reach the water on the ground floor. We cycled every day, the yard has room for the car and bike and sitting outside. The apartment is truly unique - not a luxury but unique and directly on the harbor. Opposite is a nice bar with good coffee, the restaurant next door was closed during our stay. It was a very nice holiday!

Our stay was very relaxing, we would have stayed longer. The hosts are very accommodating and always available. The location of the house is perfect.

Very welcoming and friendly host who takes the time to chat. Well-equipped new house. Sea 5min walk. A little rumor of the road but absolute calm in relation to the neighborhood.

Great stay in Unjie: an amasing clean flat, with all you might need in a wonderful little village. The host (the real one, Ana) is extremely kind, she allowed us to leave the car at her place (on Unjie no cars are allowed) and also the person who welcomed us on the island was really nice and helpful. Thanks! Besides this pleasing experience, unfortunately the rent goes through an external agency called "Novasol" which is in between you and the real host, and this has been a disappointing experience. They are not responsive, we mostly receive automatic messages and to contact a real someone we had to ask for help from AirB&B's customer service. This has nothing to do with the host, but every time we have dealt with Novasol we have had problems.

Perfect place to spend time by the sea alone. The seclusion is suitable for a cozy stay for two. The description corresponds to the conditions on site. Dejan was available for us and responds quickly.

Great location in 2 minutes walk to the village. Small but cozy and pet friendly house, we had 4 dogs. Beautiful garden and very quiet area

The house is very quiet and surrounded by a beautiful garden, there are no neighbors in sight. We felt very comfortable in the house and were able to relax and cook well. From one of the bedrooms you can even see the sea. We had bicycles with us, so the way to the car (and luggage) went quickly through the small alleys and the transport of the things was uncomplicated. By bike you can also quickly cycle to the picturesque bay of Rovenska or to shop in the small supermarket. Communication with our hosts was straightforward and accommodating, we were personally picked up in Veli Losijn and guided to the parking lot and then to the house. We already knew the island and were happy to be able to rent this beautiful accommodation, we will be happy to come back!

Klemntina and her mother are wonderful housts! We loved the big aprtment. The apartment was in a good area, close to the beach and city center.

The kitchen equipment was great and the location with the proximity to two beautiful swimming coves as well. The lots of greenery in the small garden is beautiful, including lemon, pomegranate - and tangerine trees... Great! Especially in summer. As it is a ground floor apartment, it was a little dark in most rooms in the autumn season. We had a nice time. Thank you!

Great place top appartement with a nice terrace

The sleeping area - in the basement - and the living & dining area above are separate, which was very convenient for us. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare summer dishes in addition to the morning sweetening espresso machine. The apartment is very nice, brand new, comfortable for 5 people and equipped with every comfort. Very well equipped, excellent equipment with dishes and cooking equipment. I appreciated the outdoor space with sun loungers, shower and table for eating... a few meters away the reserved parking that is important in a village like Lussino Piccolo. Just cross the street and a path takes you to the luxurious Cikat Bay, or in 5 minutes you're downtown. I highly recommend it to those who don't have a tight budget.

The two of us were very satisfied and will be back. The apartment is one of two on the ground floor of a detached house, it is amazingly quiet, although only 50m from the sea shore. The harbor, ferry and water sports operation takes place not on this one, but on the west side of the island. The landlords on the upper floor are super friendly, caring, lovable. Shopping in 3-5 min. walk: supermarket Jadranka, bakery, restaurant, fruit/vegetable stand, tourist office/bike rental. Organic food is available at dm, Lidl has a little organic food. The existing bottle, can pile system is not properly communicated, too many containers do not end up back in the supermarket, but in the container/environment/sea. Unfortunately, the recycling yard (see Reciklažno dvorište) is also a stain on this EU island. The EU government is sleeping, a uniform deposit system urgently needs! We travel by train/bus/ferry, hiking, swimming, cycling - nature on Lošinj/Cres is ideal.

We felt very comfortable at Ana. It was all good. Everything was available and great. We will be happy to come back to her. The apartment had everything we needed. Ana and Mirjana were always available for us. On the last evening we were even able to put our car in the parking space of Mirjana, as we still had a rear rack on the wagon. The private parking is worth gold in Mali by the way😎😎👍🏻👍🏻

Great location, clean flat, great balcony with a stunning view, nearby the wild beach with crystal clear green water called Valdarke - 10 min walk. Close to the center of the town - 10 min walk, close also to Veli Losinj which is super pretty and very worth of visiting. The only comment worth mentioning is that balcony is shared with the neighbouring flat and their window is basically at the balcony of the flat - we were not bothered by this, the neighbours were nice, we enjoyed the stunning view from balcony during dinners and breakfasts.

Very hospitable host, gave us great tips for the area. Furniture and equipment of the bathrooms to the highest standard. We felt very comfortable. Child-friendly. Right on the beautiful harbor promenade. All appliances incl. washing machine worked well. The son welcomed us and showed the apartment, lives on the upper floor of the house. Croatian channels can be received in the TV, available via SmartTV apps such as Netflix and TV apps. Have rented for 7 Eur per day a parking space from the landlord 100 m away on the promenade.

Lionelo is a very friendly host who was always available and provided us with good recommendations for the area. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully decorated - we didn't miss anything. From the spacious and private terrace you have a wonderful view over the sea and spectacular sunsets. We enjoyed the time in Lionelo's apartment very much.

Very nice location. Quiet place. It's not downtown. Zazemi nice. Nice patio with destnik, zidle stul. You'll walk a little to the sea. If you don't mind walking. Or you'll be driving, cycling. There's nothing else to complain about. They even rent a free bike and dropboard. Very nice place to relax. It was nice, beautiful vacation.

This apartment is an excellent location and a great deal! The view from the balcony is priceless! Just a few minutes walking from all of the restaurants, harbor and beaches at Veli Losinj and included a parking spot that was pretty much next to the building. The building is extremely new and modern and super clean. We drove in less than 10 minutes to more amenities, like large grocery stores and more restaurants, in Mali Losinj. One tricky thing is that the Airbnb "Get Directions" button was not accurate (not the host's fault) and even entering the address into Google Maps did not return the correct address, so be sure to ask for a link to a dropped pin on the map to find the correct building. While there were some language barriers with the host, which happens when you don't speak the local language, it didn't prevent us from getting all the information that we needed. She was extremely quick to reply and always helpful. We had a wonderful stay!
