Vacation rentals with a patio in Goyang-si

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

I rested so comfortably without any shortcomings before heading out.

The owner is very friendly and responds quickly, the message is also very clear and the place is very convenient next to the Hongdae business district The house is large and comfortable, although there is no gorgeous renovation, but it is very homey and the most important thing is that there is a lift!

This apartment is well located being close to the bus and train and many great restaurants both small and large. It is very modern and spacious with all new appliances and furnishings. There is a convenience store at ground level along with a 24 hour concierge. We felt very safe and comfortable here and we appreciated how responsive the host was to all our inquiries. We would happily recommend this property for both short and long term stays.

The host was good, quick to respond, the first night we encountered a broken dryer and the host immediately changed one for us on the second day, worth recommending.

Three of us stayed (2 adult, 1 child) at the airbnb. It was nice and cosy at a quiet neighborhood. Check-in: Easy to follow the check-in instructions. Arrived at the place around 11pm. Accessibility: For families with a lot of luggages, this location is not easily accessible by large taxi (7/9 seater) due to the very narrow road. Our taxi driver cars’ (arrival & deeparture) were damaged as it tried to force into the narrow road. There is a nearby larger road which is 1.5mins walking distance from airbnb if you still insist on large taxis. Families with few luggages & using saloon car taxis shouldn’t have trouble accessing the road. Location: Walkable distance to itaewon station (10-15mins walk) and nearby convenience store available (5mins walk) Cleanliness: The airbnb was clean when we arrived. Communication with host: host is responsive and friendly. He is also helpful when we reported the airbnb wifi have issues on 1st day. He gave instructions on how to trouble.

I stayed overnight due to a nearby hospital surgery, and I was not feeling well, so I made an inquiry while suffering from both the heat and the cold, and I was so grateful that you suggested a solution and provided a fan even though it was a cold day!

Accommodation is cheap, can recommend family to stay together and it's comfortable.

I was able to have a good time with the kids for 2 nights and 3 days.

The surrounding area is within 200 meters from the YG building, and the subway station is also very convenient, about 500 meters to Hapjeong Station. It is also very convenient to Hongdae. There is also a nearby Mangwon Market, and there are many delicious food in it. It's worth checking the card. There are a lot of restaurants around the place to stay, it is open at night, there are several restaurants also open at 10:30 at noon, there is also a big supermarket on the side of the place to stay, there is a nearby convenience store I remember there are three, there is also a fried pork chop shop on the second floor where you live, it is also very delicious The place to stay was very clean, I felt better than the pictures, very quiet, I was satisfied, and quiet at night The caretaker was good, he responded patiently every time I asked a question, and he thoughtfully prepared the charger to convert and plug in Overall, it was very good value for money. I stayed with my friend for six days. I was very satisfied. I stayed here next time I came to Korea to play.

It was quite a good and cleanly accommodation. Chuck was super friendly and proactive in regard to the communication. The apartment can fully be recommended.

Thanks to my friends, I left with good memories! It was a really nice house, so I stayed with my friends while admiring it. The owner is also kind.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.
