Family-friendly vacation rentals in Goose Rocks Beach

My fiancé and I wanted to travel to Kittery for a weekend getaway and we could not have found a more perfect spot. While everything was perfect, I want to highlight the responsiveness of the host, Mary Alice. We were concerned as our check out day at the Airbnb fell on a blizzard! Several inches of snow accumulated overnight, and Mary Alice wanted to be sure we were safe, did not have to shovel, and comfortable. While we did not take her up on the offer to extend the stay as we wanted to get on the road, the care and consideration she had to reach out and offer made us feel truly at home. Everything was perfect and as pictured, and we were so comfortable for three days! We would definitely return.

Meghan’s house was the perfect place for our girls weekend! Meghan was great at communicating and even came and shoveled us out in the morning when we got snow over night! Couldn’t have had a better stay!

Lars and RJ are both amazing hosts. They were very responsive especially when we got to the house and needed responses quickly. They were very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process of booking and staying at the air bnb. I would highly recommend staying here.

My family had a wonderful time at Stephens Abnb. Our family gathered for my husband’s birthday. There was plenty of room and we all enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards etc. Stephen was very accommodating and responsive.

Great place to stay in Ogunquit area! The cottage is exactly as described, and well located between Wells and Ogunquit - you do need a car to get around easily as others have said. This is a fantastic place to stay with kids - having the pool facilities especially is great as a break from the beach. Julie and Derek left great advice as well as flexibility on check-in - thanks again!

Odena by the Sea is amazing. Great location and the home had everything you could need and even more! Wish we could have stayed longer but look forward to returning in the warmer months!! Jason was very attentive and responsive with any and all questions/concerns!

This home is amazing! It was perfect for our group of ten family members that were in the area to celebrate a wedding for the weekend. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and we were so impressed with their hospitality!! So many nice touches and such a spacious, comfortable home - no detail overlooked. Enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return.

I can't say enough about this sweet cottage. This was my first airbnb experience and I absolutely loved it. Andrew is a very accomodating host. He was always available when I had a question. The cottage is in a perfect location to enjoy walks in nature or to stay in on cozy days to work on a puzzle or read. The cottage is welcoming, clean, well stocked with supplies and so comfortable. I truly didn't want to leave.

Rebecca was a great host and very responsive. The place is charming and cozy and was spotless when we arrived. My family and I enjoyed our two night stay and wished we could stay for another night. Backyard is huge and was perfect for our dog. The location was quiet. We are happy and satisfied with the place 😊

My fiancée and I stayed here for a week with our dog, Lily. It was a great location - only a short drive to Portland and in a beautiful neighborhood. The area is wooded, peaceful and highly walkable. The amenities in the house were perfect - so convenient to have a washer and dryer. We were able to cook breakfast every morning before our day got started with the fully stocked kitchen. The bed was super comfortable! We slept great. Elizabeth was responsive and friendly. Would stay again and highly recommend her place.

The beds were very comfortable. So much fun with the Christmas decorations and pirate theme. Much appreciated to have the snow cleaned off our cars. We five sisters would love to stay again.

What a perfect little getaway! Andy’s place is absolutely beautiful with so many nice little touches, especially for families. My two boys, ages 6 and 2, had such a blast in the pool and in the backyard. Andy had a big bin of toys in the living room that my little guys dug into as soon as we got there, such a nice touch to make kids feel at home. There was an abundance of clean towels for the bathrooms as well as the pool. The kitchen was very well equipped so that we were able to buy groceries and cook meals and have nice, hot coffee every morning. The home itself is beautiful and well thought out with bedrooms that are private and separate from the living space. I have to add that Andy was very easy to communicate with and always available and accommodating. Check in and check out was easy and seamless. The home is in a quiet, peaceful area with other beautiful homes and lots of privacy. A wonderful few days away. Would highly recommend, especially for families.

We love coming here. The beach is right across the street for me to look for rocks and sea glass and then right down the road is the beach for swimming. Perfect little getaway. Rachel is an amazing hostess.

This was my 3rd time booking with Chris for one of my companies crews to stay at his home and it was awesome. He was such a pleasure to work with. His home was spotless, cozy and the crew enjoyed staying there.

This was the perfect place for a girl's weekend. Very close to Kittery and Portsmouth shops, great seafood restaurants and State Park beaches. We were lucky the temperature was cool, as a lot of the windows didn't have screens and were too hard to open. I assumed maybe the owners haven’t fully switched over to summer mode as it's been cold up till recently. Wonderful decor, very whimsical.

Maryann was friendly, responsive and quick to reply. She left baked goods and coffee out each morning which was a pleasant surprise. The space was easily accessible, private and spotless. We would definitely stay here again

Home is very expansive with room for multiple families to reside together. Lots of games and activities for all ages. Amazing location within minutes to airport and short drive to downtown
