Location..Location..Location!! We absolutely loved staying with Chris. Being in the heart of town made it incredibly easy to walk everywhere. The unit was huge and accommodated all of our needs. The master bedroom probably had one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept on. Chris was great with communicating and made sure our stay was a 10/10. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

We loved staying here. First, Jack was very accommodating to our check in and check out (winter storm!) time. He was quick with answering us. The place was perfect for us and our dog- it was very quiet compared to most city apartments. It felt like we were alone in the whole building! The location couldn’t have been more perfect. We walked to every place we wanted to eat and visit. Most places are about a short and easy 8 minute walk. Other reviews have mentioned the church bells being loud- we did not feel this way. We wouldn’t have even noticed them if not mentioned. The space was clean and minimally decorated. Beds are firm but comfortable and the shower was beautiful. Our only “critique” would be to please offer a full body mirror. The only mirror in the apartment was in the bathroom and you can’t get a good idea of your whole outfit LOL. Thank you Jack!

We enjoyed our recent stay at this property. The beach is a one minute walk to the end of the block. The unit is a very nice accommodation, neat and clean. The pictures very accurately represent the property. A nice place to stay.

Super clean and cozy, and a short stroll to everything Freeport has to offer. Jennifer and Jay were excellent hosts.

I can’t recommend Corey and his place enough. It was the perfect getaway in a cozy little town and is ~15min from UNH or ~50 min from. Gunstock. The place was clean and stocked with all essentials! Corey was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond in many ways- from coming to the rescue when we accidentally locked ourselves out to offering to shovel for us when it snowed. He even had extra toiletries and goodies upon arrival. You won’t go wrong with this lovely rental! We can’t wait to return.

Everything was great! Roger was wicked responsive and had provided some print out recommendations which were super helpful and even museum passes! Place was located in a quiet back road about a 20 min walk to old port.

Kelley and Jim were great and very accommodating for my 92 year old father. They cleared the snow and made sure he had a safe walkway. The basket with the bread, jam, wine, and fresh baked pumpkin bread was a great touch!

Kelsey’s place was perfect for our family of four visiting Falmouth. Great location, clean, and cozy. Friendly and clear communication. Awesome all around.

It was amazing! The house was perfect for our family, we have 3 kids and we all felt at home. Also very pet friendly! Allison was very nice and responsive and the neighborhood was very peaceful. I would recommend with no hesitation!!

I had just arrived at a nearby site to host family for my daughter's wedding. By 9:00 PM there was an issue requiring a new site—not easy as I needed a 1st floor bed for my elderly dad. Nicole answered immediately with helpful chat, making me feel less alone as airbnb resolved things. The clock was ticking to the wedding. John & Nicole were sympathetic, communicative, and got me in by 11:00 AM. The home was excellent! Handy with two 1st-floor bedrooms and one up a few steps. Checking in/out? Easy! The decor? Light and airy. The amenities? Up-to-date with SPARKLING bathrooms/kitchen/linens, washer/dryer, and TV. Very comfortable for me, my husband, my daughter's father, and my dad—with room for wedding prep and guests to gather comfortably at the generously-sized island and table. Limited stairs ended up being additionally important as I had a minor mishap the day of the wedding. I was thankful everything was so thoughtfully appointed and comfortable for me to regroup! Thank you!!!

We had a great stay in Tara's home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to our favorite towns- Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We had plenty of room for the four of us. We loved the outside spaces and the open floor plan. Tara was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The instructions for check in and check out were very clear. We hope to return in the future!

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

Great spot with a lot of space you never feel like you are on top of each other. Gas station and restaurants within a 1 min drive. Grocery store 5 min drive.

We had a wonderful time at Arian’s place. It was the perfect, peaceful getaway for our special weekend. We felt right at home!

Absolutely fantastic stay in Freeport! This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more. The house was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to downtown Freeport's shops, restaurants, and the scenic harbor. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Freeport—will definitely be back!

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

This was my 3rd time booking with Chris for one of my companies crews to stay at his home and it was awesome. He was such a pleasure to work with. His home was spotless, cozy and the crew enjoyed staying there.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The train does go right behind the place at an intersection. The horn is very loud, which was hard for our toddler. Just something to consider if you’re traveling with infants/toddlers. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Will's condo on Badger Island in Kittery, ME was quite the find. The views from the windows were spectacular; drawbridge, barges and tugboats. There was a little snow storm on our first night, and it was lovely to watch the snow fall on the docks and riverfront. The house was very comfortable and made us feel as if we were at our own home. Shopping in Kittery Foreside and downtown Portsmouth was great.

Great location to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants, art district, theatre, etc in town. Cute and cozy condo in a building with beautiful original character. The list of recommendations was appreciated and helpful. Host was very responsive and friendly and flexible when possible. We enjoyed our stay here for our first visit to Portland!

Host was very easy to communicate with. Unit is big and comfortable, pool and spa were amazing, kids loved it, can't wait to return!

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

We’ve stayed at Dave’s condo a couple of times now. Each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is in such a wonderful location in South Portland and Dave is very communicative and friendly with anything we may need. Definitely recommend a stay if you’re looking to check out the Portland area and enjoy some beach time while you’re at it!
