Camping at its best! w/stock pond and river access

Camping at it's best. It's not fancy but it's peaceful. 3/2 Mobile home on site. Stocked fishing pond on prop. (catfish, bluegil, bass). Catch a bass over 12 in. and a cat over 16 in. You can keep. We have 9 ac. on high ground and 1 ac. on the San Antonio River, great for kayaking (4 kayaks are avail.) There is also a golf cart on property. ATv's are allowed. Great for family get togethers. You can fish, swim, bbq, or hang out around the fire and watch the sun set. Jacuzzi on property.

Tranquility Hill Main House

Tranquility Hill Ranch is a peaceful oasis of memories of our family and friends at the ranch. We sit on the front porch with our hot tea or coffee and watch the sun rise over bluebonnet hill. The cows will lumber up to drink while birds chirp a good morning song or the turkeys gobble from a distance. During dark nights it seems like the milky way is right over our road to the house, the stars are so bright and sunsets by a fire are a must for reviewing the day and sharing memories.

This multiple feature tiny home with lofts is nestled in the middle of a working ranch with cattle and oak trees. Bed located downstairs as well as beds in lofts. The sunsets are beautiful and though this house is tiny, it has everything you need. Have coffee on the porch in the morning and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. This wee cottage was built in 1877, and was a stand-alone kitchen in her former life. Front porch was enclosed to give more interior space, and she's been fully insulated, has new working windows, french doors, and an expanded back porch. Efficiency kitchen, with hot plate, fridge/freezer, full-sized microwave. An outdoor smoker/grill and fire pit are just off the porch for outdoor cooking. Native planted gardens wrap around this cottage making it a hummingbird and butterfly haven!

Fresh organic eggs (when available) and drink freshly ground coffee from the balcony overlooking the farm. See wild Turkey, Hogs, Coyote, Deer or Bobcat. Just 8 miles from downtown Goliad with shops, bars and restaurants. Visit Schroeder Dance Hall, 2nd oldest in Texas just 10 miles.
