Laterally, the river Mildenitz flows from Dammerower See towards Goldberg, to the rear meadows and forest, in the vicinity extensive forests and (also bathing)lakes. Suitable for couples, families with and without children, dog owners and groups, as it can be rented as a whole (230 sqm) as well as as as an apartment with 90 sqm or as an apartment with 140 sqm.

A wonderful lakeside house with a well-equipped kitchen, a Weber gas grill and many places that call for good books and nice conversations. Whether in the living room in front of the fireplace, on the window seat in front of the panoramic window on the second floor or in the deck chair on the roof terrace: everywhere the lake glitters through the trees. The swimming area is at the doorstep, as is the forest. There are two desks for workation in the countryside. Space for up to 6, with min. 2 children for up to 8 people.

Enjoy the lake view from the balcony on the 2nd floor, as well as from the spacious terrace. The lakeshore and the forest area are around the corner.

The interior shows attention to detail and is not only cozy, but also comfortable and practical. The house is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and families with children. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

The vacation home in Berlin was completely renovated and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of trend architect Jürgen Krüger! In the approx. 130 square meters, up to 10 people can stay on two floors. The entire house has separate air conditioning, WiFi & satellite TV in each living room and bedroom. We hope that with the renovations we have found a cozy and warm interior design style and that there is something for all ages!
