Absolutely wonderful! This was a brilliant place for the perfect stay in St. Andrews. The apartment was exactly as described, beautifully furnished and containing all items required for our stay. Alison was the perfect hostess, and from the moment of booking she was helpful and extremely friendly. We cannot give her, or the apartment, sufficient praise. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay! Apartment as advertised with all amenities needed. Great location, bus station close but also easy to get into town with Uber. Jay was easy to communicate with and always available. Recommend to walk up to Arthur’s Seat from the apartment, great views of Edinburgh!

This was a great apartment in a centrally located area. The apartment was as described and the hosts were flexible with check-in times. Susie & Amit were very friendly and even dropped off a few baked goods for us to enjoy. Overall, we had a great time in Edinburgh and I would recommend this place to all interested parties.

We stayed at Don's for a Stag Do and it was exactly what we needed. The apartment itself is spacious and has plenty of comfortable beds. It has two good working showers and a great communal space. There was 14 of us and we never lost hot water or struggled to move around. The location of Don's apartment is ideal as its a 10 minute walk away from Princes Steet where the shops and restaurants are. Also only a 15 minute walk from the Tram Stop which is great for getting to and from Edinburgh Airport. Also 5 minutes down the road is the Grassmarket where there are plenty of bars. We also found it very handy to have a sainsburys opposite the apartment. Don was very helpful too. We asked for an early check in which Don agreed to for a small price. When we arrived Don was there to greet us and gave us useful info on the surrounding area. He was always very quick to respond to us aswell through messaging. Thanks for a great stay Don, would definitely stay again if up that way. 👍

My partner and I visited Edinburgh for the first time last week, and Dawn's place was a wonderful place to be based- our walk into town most often was via the Water of Leith, which we felt extremely lucky to be so close to. The apartment was very endearing and felt cosy and warm at the peak of winter, as well as having everything we needed. The wood burner and shower were much appreciated by us both (good water pressure is important for me haha) and we'd love to come back eventually :)

Beautiful flat. Nice and quiet but close to lots of great spots. Hosts were great at communicating and were very friendly. Perfect size for me and my husband to spend some time in Edinburgh. Highly recommend!

Joanna was so friendly and accommodating from the start. Able to sort an early check in so we could get to Murrayfield within plenty of time. Responsive to communications and even facetimed us during our stay to help with a minor issue (which was sorted). Very clean apartment, plenty of space in all rooms. More than enough towels. Easy to use heating if needed. Lovely touch leaving milk, cereal and tea/coffee/nespresso pods. Joanna also happy to provide 2nd set of keys as we were 2 couples staying. Parking secure and easy to find/access and get to apartment. Loads of artisan coffee shops around and easy to either walk or tram to centre and felt safe walking to tram stop when dark. Overall, such a lovely place with a great host, nothing was too much trouble and we will be staying here whenever we are up.

Absolutely fab Airbnb, the location was brilliant right at the end of princes street and within walking distance of everything. The Airbnb itself was absolutely spotless and had everything you needed! Very helpful instructions within the house also. Brilliant value for money and would definitely book again!

Had a great stay at Katie’s place, I’m from Glasgow - so I knew the area well. Was coming up from Manchester for a gig and stayed here. Super super cheap for the location. Can get a little noisy outside but not to the point of disruption - we did stay a weekday though. So it would’ve been quieter. Place was spotless, easy to find and had what we needed for a night stay.

My friend and I had an amazing stay at Veronique’s place! Everything was perfect - smooth check in, spotless and beautifully decorated space. The location was ideal, close to all the main attractions yet peaceful. Communication was excellent, and every detail made us feel right at home. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh. Thanks again Veronique for a fantastic experience!

I had a lovely stay at Rachel's with my family, my five year old didn't want to leave and when asked what her favourite thing was about Edinburgh she said the bath! It was comfortable and stylish and Rachel was a great host and have us lots of help including a recommendation for food where we ate three times! I would definitely recommend.

A wonderful apartment perfect for a family of 4, a home away from home. The listing is as described, it had all the space needed and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare late night suppers and a wonderful living room to chill in during the winter nights with my family… and the location, it is safe and secure, and with Morrisons just minutes away, makes getting groceries and supplies so so convenient. We had a car and parking was right at the doorstep. Botanic garden was really close by and city centre was a quick drive away. I will not hesitate to recommend this listing to anyone esp since communication with the team was seamless and if I return to Edinburgh, this will certainly be my top pick again!

Fiona was an incredible host, we had an issue leaving something in the house once we’d checked out… Fiona answered the message within a minute and helped to sort the situation with ease. The house is lovely and so much better than the pictures ! A beautiful place and we will be returning !

This apartment is well placed within walking distance to many attractions. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen was well appointed. Giovanna and Angelo were very responsive. We would happily stay at the apartment again.

Booked this AirBnB for my parents to stay at that were coming up to Scotland for the weekend, Margaret was very helpful and made the stay easy and stress free, would highly recommend and definitely book again in the future!

Everything about it was perfect, went above and beyond with the party package I added on extra, the whole apartment was stunning, bed was super comfortable and hot tub stayed the perfect temperature the whole night! We had an amazing first experience in Scotland at this lovely Airbnb! The location was ideal, just a short drive to shops and only a couple of minutes' walk to the beach. Matt has truly put his heart into this home, blending modern comforts with charming historical touches. The cleanliness was impeccable, earning a solid 10/10, and we absolutely loved the enormous vintage metal bathtub. Chasing after Matt's playful chickens added an unexpected adventure to our stay! Plus, being pet-friendly made it even more special. Highly recommended!

Lovely spot in a really great location. Check in was very easy, the apartment is very clean and has everything you could need. Can highly recommend.

Couldn’t ask for a better location to explore the Royal Mile. Everything is walkable and there’s no shortage of restaurants nearby. The Rocksalt cafe is right next door and is excellent for breakfast. The flat is very well decorated, cozy, and had everything we needed. The only downside I can think of is the size of the shower. It’s a bit small for tall people but it’s somewhat to be expected with these small flats in this location.

Really lovely accommodation. Immaculately clean and lovely decor. Thought of most things to make it home from home. Great location for exploring the local area and wonderful views from the living room. Would definitely rebook this place!

Lovely stay and thoroughly recommend

Such a beautiful little gem of a house! Absolutely immaculate inside and has such a modern finish to the house. We had a bottle of prosecco left for our arrival which was a lovely gesture from the hosts. communication was fantastic with an almost immediate response in the run up to our arrival. The hot tub was nice and warm on arrival ready for us to use and the host came to show us around the house and show is the hot tub and heating etc. Would definitely come again and I will definitely to be recommending it to everyone I know as a little getaway!
