Had a great first experience in Africa staying at Olle’s place. His downstairs neighbour Mpho was really helpful and so was the caretaker. Would recommend everyone to consider staying at this lovely palace. Comes as advertised!

Pam's place is truly amazing, we so much wished we would have booked to stay her for longer, unluckily for us, it was time for us to fly back. The house is located in a beautiful, secure location, there is 24/7 security which gave us total peace of mind. The house is quite spacious with pristine lush garden and external surroundings that are well kept. The place looks even better than the pictures. We will definitely be booking this place in future. The host also gave very clear and detailed instructions on how to locate the house. The rooms are well furnished and quality, comfortable bedding provided, there is a lot of attention to detail that made sure our stay was nothing but comfortable.

I want to share my experience at Gari's place, which turned out to be a truly healing escape for me during a difficult time. Despite the rain on my arrival day, the views were amazing, and the place was exactly as advertised. I especially enjoyed the scenic views and making new friends with the resident Jack Russells and Labradors. The birdsong was a highlight, contributing to some of the best nights I've had in a while. The neighborhood is lovely, and I enjoyed my walks to the Hogerty Hill Shopping Centre for my shopping needs. Gari was always responsive, and I found our conversations to be very helpful. I'm so glad I chose to stay at The Observatory, and I plan to stay there every time I visit home. The value was truly outstanding, especially considering the price.

We stayed at Sarah's place in August mostly for us to work from home. We were really pleased with the internet connection, there is also a reliable backup solar power and generator which made it easy for us to work even when there was power outages. We really loved Sarah's place very neat, clean and cozy. The place had everything we needed and the washing machine was a great advantage. The hosts did an amazing job with ensuring a smooth check-in and the caretaker is very helpful. We would definitely consider staying at this place again!

The place is beautiful with nice scenery... got welcomed by Elvis and Prudence who were of great help... Hillary also kept in touch and made sure all was well.. the house was sparkling clean.. they were basic groceries in the kitchen for us to use.. which was very thoughtful of them.. I’d definitely recommend this place for people who want to be out of the city for a bit and just relax... there was plenty of wood for braaing and a huge braai stand, which was a big plus for us 😬... the place is too good... if it’s available for this coming new year, we’ll definitely be booking it again...!!!

Always a pleasure to stay at Mufaros guesthouse. It always feels like home and has become our second home. Would not stay anywhere else when in Zim. Such a great and lovely place to stay with family. Lorraine was always helpful and available whenever we needed her. Had a great vacation and will surely and definitely visit again.
