We stayed at Alfredo's place in May. At that time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrella and sunbeds just around the corner on the beach. Alfredo's apartment is well suited for 2 persons. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you

My boyfriend and I stayed at Melarancino with our 5-month-old dog Nala. The house has everything you need as well as a great outdoor space for the dog. Alessio was a very kind and helpful host: he allowed us to arrive before the standard check-in time and to stay even after the checkout time. The house is also very close to L'Aquila and Campo Felice.

We spent 12 fantastic days with five (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, grounds, pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. Amenities and cleanliness of the house are to a high standard and according to the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, suitable for the area, sustainable and made of high quality materials. The nature pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly laid out. The entire outdoor area is in amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always trying to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

We stayed in this beautiful home with my husband, our 2-year-old, dog and cat and we were all welcomed and pampered in the best way. The house is equipped with everything you need both to clean (sponges, detergents, washing machine, shampoo, conditioner and body soap, soaps, toilet paper and first aid kit) and to use the kitchen (oven, stove, fridge with freezer, dishes of all kinds and even unbreakable plates and glasses suitable for small children). The house was extremely clean and warm, comfortable even for the coldest like me. The parking space right next to the entrance gate made unloading and loading luggage very easy and pleasant. Sabrina's family and Sabrina herself pampered us with wonderful gifts like cookies and fresh fruits from their garden. For us it was a perfect stay, I can only recommend it to anyone, even those like us who travel with small children and/or animals. Voto: 10 and praises!!!

Small apartment equipped with every essential element to spend a week of vacation. The house is in an area close to the center, the long sea and all the necessary amenities (all within walking distance). Raffaella was available to give us information and flexible for check-in and check-out times.

Great experience, Martina was a very kind host, always available for any request. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, very clean and well organized. The sea, beautiful, easily reached with a 6/7 minute walk. Nearby there is everything you need, supermarkets, tobacco, pharmacies, and bars. Also close to the village of Grottammare Alta, with a view of the crazy sea. Conveniently reachable by scooters, bicycles or walking, along the very long cycle-pedestrian cycle, also the beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto, with many bars and restaurants. It was really a nice stay, thanks again to Martina and the kind Ivana, who made us feel at home right away!

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. We stayed as a family (2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby) in Claudios lovely apartment. The apartment is large and clean, with beautiful views from the balcony. It was the perfect place to explore local towns, beaches and a national park complete with waterfall. Claudio was a great host and provided all information we needed and ensured that we were happy throughout stay

I stayed in Francesco's apartment for about 10 days with my family and everything was perfect. Francesco's help has always been impeccable, especially when we asked for the crib for our daughter who made us find already assembled and ready. The apartment is spacious and enjoys a double exhibition that helps when it is warmer. For light sleepers like me, it is possible to close the windows to avoid hearing the trains in the morning using the air conditioner that refreshed the entire house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat, so it was very useful. We hope to be back soon!
