Paola was the most gracious host we could have ever hoped for. This was our first time trying out a glamping experience. It was a truly a paradise in the mountains. Paola went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable, restorative stay. She was extremely responsive from pre-arrival to checkout. We’ll be dreaming about the sunrise and sunsets at El Plan! The only thing could be the last stretch to arrive, but we were able to accommodate ourselves. Everything was beautiful and matched the photos. The jacuzzi seemed spectacular and all the common areas were in perfect condition. Very comfortable beds and gave us enough blankets and towels for everyone. Also, the host was very friendly and super quick to respond. Highly recommended.
