Catou was responsive to our arrival and departure. Very nice welcome. The accommodation is impeccable and pleasant to live in. The little touches for breakfast are welcome.

Staying for one night, we had a lovely time with the family at Julie's place. The kids asked us to come back for a week on vacation, I think they enjoyed it... Time stopped when we enjoyed the hot tub...just magical.

Very friendly welcome and very sweet, helpful people. We felt very welcome. Beautiful house and everything on the ground floor with spacious, beautifully landscaped garden in beautiful surroundings. Very comfortable and everything we needed was present. Wonderfully quiet and good hiking opportunities. Our Labradoodle was also very welcome and he was able to walk around safely in the garden because everything is dropped off. Great place. A very nice welcome like I've rarely seen in an rbnb. Very nice house. Very pleasant. Very functional. We had a little problem with a broken door. They intervened during the day. Great. Small downside because a lot of cars passing in front of the accommodation during the day (a little noise but quite acceptable). In the evening, on the other hand, no more traffic at all. I would recommend listing.

Gerard and Lydia were conscientious and welcoming hosts. Their villa was ideal for us and we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The saltwater heated pool was lovely and made a nice change from chemically treated pools. Very convenient for exploring a beautiful part of France. We recommend this little getaway.

Pleasant house, very easy to stay for a few days. Well located, in Serignan quiet area. The heated pool is awesome, my son enjoyed himself (and so did I☺️).

We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Very nice stay in this house located in the heart of a small quiet village with departure for walks. Restaurants, supermarkets, and Canal du Midi nearby. The villa, quiet, is very comfortable and very well-equipped. With two beautiful terraces to enjoy the outdoors, pool and jacuzzi, everything is there to have a good holiday time! Communication with the host is impeccable, and we were able to get into the listing a little earlier, thank you again! In short, a very nice place to have a great time with the family.

A great stay at François's, a very friendly person, attentive and always present if needed. We celebrated a friend's surprise birthday there and the place is absolutely quiet not to mention the beautiful pool that gives this stay a big plus! Great stay at Grau D’Agde. Fred and Josy are very friendly hosts, attentive and attentive. The cottage is pleasant and carefully decorated. Close to the beach, about 800m. We feel really good there. Pets are allowed, which delighted us to travel with our dog. We would highly recommend.

Ideal apartment for a quiet stay very close to the sea, suitable for all ages. We had a pleasant weekend in Marie's place, it is well located just near the Sea. Possibility of nice bike rides in the area. Quiet this season surely livelier in the summer. Well enclosed space for our little dog which is really a plus and parking the secure car. Marie and her husband are very kind and considerate.
