The house is newly renovated , everything is impeccable. The house comes with everything you need to spend a few days. Very good location and highlighting the communication with Tatiana, she was a 10 host. Flexibility to check in/out.

Pilar was very kind from the first moment. She made it easy for us to pick up and return the keys, as we planned to arrive late in the day and leave early in the morning. She was concerned about how everything was going over the weekend. And the apartment, in addition to being very nice and well-kept, was clean, tidy and had everything. Very comfortable beds, fully-equipped kitchen and everything working perfectly. The location is great in an area filled with restaurants and cider houses. We will surely repeat since it is very close to our family. A ten out of ten and 100% recommended.

The apartment is very nice, in the center of Avilés, next to the restaurant area. Very quiet, you sleep great if you want peace of mind. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need. Susana is very friendly and thoughtful, she let us out later, which we thank her.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

Absolutely beautiful, well furnished spot right in the heart of the old town - Pablo was extremely helpful and friendly. Great Wi-Fi reception. Big TV - clean and spotless with lots of personal touches. We were very happy here - highly recommend it

We were very comfortable in Will's apartment. It is very close to Gijón beach and also close to downtown. Walkable to many places of interest. The apartment was very clean. It is a very bright apartment, we have been in November and with the sun that made the house it was very hot. We loved the decor. We felt at home (and that in a few places is located)

Carlos is a very friendly and punctual host when it comes to handing over the keys. The apartment is in a very good location. You can walk to downtown Oviedo.

Great place to spend your holidays in Gijón. We were greeted at the door of the building by Angeles, who went up with us and showed us the apartment. The lady is super friendly and cordial. The apartment was spotless, not a speck of dust in the entire house. Two large rooms with comfortable beds and spacious closets. Two super-clean bathrooms, a living/dining room with a large TV and a kitchen with everything you need. The best part, a terrace with direct access from all the rooms, ideal for both a cool breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is located two minutes from Poniente Beach, 10 minutes from the port and 15 minutes from San Lorenzo Beach. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, the Aquarium and even a spa, all within walking distance. It's our first experience in an Airb&b apartment and it couldn't have been more satisfying. Thank you very much Jessica and Angeles (the beach towels were a nice touch)

I give 5 stars to Cesar's apartment because there are no more stars. The apartment is a beauty, super clean and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Cesar left us something for breakfast and rich chocolates. Everything clean and spotless. The very quiet building, we never saw another tenant. The apartment is a 20 minute walk from the historic part of the city. I will recommend Cesar's apartment to all my friends and family.
