Close to the beach, well stocked kitchen - with all spices and dishes you can want. Nice rooms and very large for a 3 bed condo. Would stay again

We rented your house as a group of eight women in town for a weekend golf clinic. Your house was designed to encompass all of our needs. The bedrooms were big and beautiful, so many outdoor spaces, two different living rooms that were most inviting. We all came in after golf and took showers and everyone of us had hot water. a couple of people in the group saved the information on your house so that they could rent it for other occasions. absolutely worth every penny. Thank you.

The house is in a great location and very comfortable. The front yard looks much bigger in the pictures. Basically, you can fit two cars and then sit in those cute chairs right next to the cars. But the backyard is fenced and perfect if you bring a dog. We had an issue with the dishwasher, and they came out immediately and resolved it. They will send you a note about basically bringing most of your own supplies (dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc.) which we did, but we still ran out and couldn't run the dishwasher before we left.

Had a wonderful stay. Abbey’s place was very beautiful and there was so much to do in the area. Very spacious and much storage to put your things. Definitely recommend!

My family and I have stayed at multiple properties along Tybee Island and this is by far the nicest of them all! This was a perfect beach cottage with lovely appointments and a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. The location was ideal with close proximity to the beach, as well as area, restaurants, bars, and shops. We will absolutely return and can’t wait to do so!

The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Tybee Island has historic significance and information was provided. Access to the beach was easy. The neighborhood was quiet. We found fun restaurants, great local shopping. Loved the closeness to Savannah. This was my first experience with AirBnB. Currie made it easy.

The house was exactly as described and perfect for our stay. The upstairs loft is great but be aware it is not an area for tall people as the ceilings are slanted. Everything we needed was in the unit and the communication was timely and there were no issues. It was nice that our dog was allowed to be with us and we were thankful. The area has lots to see and do but of course along with that does come noise, and being a tourist area, some late-nite partying can be heard. Can't be helped and the island is a fun place to visit, so it comes with the territory. Our house and stay were great and the breakfast place next door was excellent! Would recommend, and will stay again for sure!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at Jake’s place; it is private, quiet, and close to the beach. The house is well furnished, visually pleasing, with a modern, well furnished kitchen. The open floor plan makes for a spacious, relaxing area. Jake is extremely responsive and helpful.

We loved this house! My 3 cousins and I get together every year for a family weekend on Tybee. This was our favorite house so far!!! I can’t think of a negative thing to say!!

Great house, stayed with 5 adults & 2 kids. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. The pool was amazing, great pool deck and hot tub. Clean house, well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again if we come back to SSI. Very responsive hosts.

The house was fantastic—such a charming space and just a short walk to the beach! It easily accommodated our group of 10 with plenty of extra room. However, the heated pool costs an additional $30 per day, and you have to request it in advance, which was not mentioned in the listing. Additionally, Kayla and Cameron initially told us we could check in early, but the day before our arrival, they said they weren’t sure and it depended on the cleaners. Unfortunately, the house wasn’t ready for early check-in, which was frustrating since we had planned our travel around it. Aside from those issues, our stay was wonderful! I would definitely stay here again!!

We had an unfortunate issue that left the pool unusable for our trip but Halen was so helpful in getting us multiple back up plans in place to make sure we still had an amazing trip. An added bonus she had it all arranged on the first day for us! We were traveling with 4 kiddos all 4 & under and had no trouble with the space and were so impressed with the location. Everything was super walkable and we loved going to the pier every day which is right by the house. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and were impressed with how well it was stocked with equipment. I was worried the kids would be loud but we never had any problems and the couple downstairs was always so kind and sweet to our family every time we ran into them. Our stay was perfect and we are already planning on booking another trip back to tybee and will stay in this property again!

Our stay in Anthony’s House was incredible!! This is an Amazing Place! Had high expectations with the amount of positive reviews and it totally met them. Anthony went above and beyond with communication and he stoped by to make sure we have everything we needed and also he recommend places to visit and stores around the island! We visited Tybee Island 15 years ago and feel like we were staying at the best spot on the Island. 8 adults and a kid stayed in this beautiful home!! The swim up bar and outdoor tv was a huge hit with the guys. The open kitchen and living room was great for cooking, chatting and dining. Each of the bedrooms provided comfort for each of us!! The home was everything we needed for staying on Tybee Island. Also there is more amenities like ping pong table, foosball table and much more!! Thank you Anthony!!!

Wonderful house in the heart of St Simon’s! Very clean, nice layout, 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved it!

Very well kept house, comfortable or big groups. All instructions during the process as well as check in and out were easy and detailed with no problems at all. We spent a great time!

Went on vacation with my two daughters and they loved the place. Plenty of room, clean and cute. Loved the hot tub and back yard. The upper was great to watch the stars. Quiet area and easy driving everywhere. You’re literally 50 steps from the beach it’s awesome. Highly recommend if staying on tybee island.

Siobhan and John were excellent hosts. Our family enjoyed our time at the house which offered several different choices for outside relaxation. Everyone was comfortable and relaxed during their stay here. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Rambo retreat was quiet, relaxing, and convenient to the beach access, restaurants, and shops. They thought of everything, down to the boogie board and cooler to take to the beach! The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you needed to make a meal or bake some cookies! Once we figured out where the sweet spot was on the hot water nozzle in the shower we could enjoy a high water pressure shower with endless hot water! The hosts left a sweet treat bag which we thought was very thoughtful! The communication was impeccable, it did not take long for a response from the host to answer any questions we had. She was very welcoming. ❤️

We had a great stay over the holidays at Susan's. There was 7 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed being able to have a dining space that accommodated all of us. Even though the weather was not the best, we truly enjoyed the location being so close to the water. It was also a quick walk to shops and restaurants in Tybee. We also really appreciated the fact that Susan got back to us ASAP when we could not get the shower turned on. It ended up being user error and nothing wrong with the shower. The porches are great and offer lots of places to sit. Just don't forget to bring extra toilet paper and as one review suggested, bring Ziploc bags for storing leftovers. There were not many containers with lids in the kitchen. Also, the coffee maker is a traditional drip maker, so bring filters. Thanks Susan for a great stay!

We stayed at this property evacuating during hurricane Milton. Kathy was very empathetic, responsive, and kind enough to let us check in early. The property was nice and clean, very quiet and great neighbors. Would happily stay here again whenever I come back to the island!

This beautiful spot is an absolute gem!! We enjoyed walking around the area. It is a hop skip to the pier and beach area. It was awesome being able to use the beach chairs and toys for our outings. There is a market nearby so we could get groceries without having to drive. The home itself was cozy, tranquil, and super clean!! We were able to cook for the family - a home away from home. Nicole was super responsive even before we travelled. We highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dancy's house. It is very comfortably furnished. Our personal highlight was the swing on the veranda. As there were no other guests there before us, we were even able to check in earlier. Many thanks again for that.

This was a great house for our family. We had our family (8 adults, 5 kids) and visitors (4 adults) every night for dinner - the house offered plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces to hang out. The walk to the beach was easy for us and the house had a great beach closet loaded with chairs, carts, and toys. One of the coffee makers (single serve) was broken, but Missy sent a new one right away and it showed up the next day - yay! We would love to stay again in the future and would highly recommend. Great beach house!

You get what you see in the pictures. The location is lovely. While the beach access isn’t private, it wasn’t crowded at all. It’s about 150 feet to the start of the wooden boardwalk and another 150 feet on that boardwalk before you hit sand. (I mention this for families who may worry about mobility issues with any of their members). There’s a really solid restaurant called “the deck” a 3 minute walk away (fish and chips were great). The porch has a clear sight path to the beach. You can hear it at night. The breeze comes through. The bedrooms were great. The kitchen and living area was enormous. I do think it’s important to point out that the living area is on the floor above the bedrooms. It was no issue for my family…but could see how it would be important if you have people who like to sleep in and others who are up early. Importantly, the host was incredibly communicative. It was usually less than an hour before she responded to me. Great spot.
