We were very comfortable for our 2 night stay at Barbara’s shack. The wood combustion stove kept us snug. Plenty of wood provided. The kitchen was more than adequate - even a kettle, and bottled water supplied. It was easy to cook all of our meals. The shower had great hot water and there was a washing machine which we didn’t need to use. It quite rare to see one in accommodation in Patagonia. Bed was comfortable. Barbara was exceptional in answering our questions both before and during our stay. We had an adequate 3g signal for email etc. The shack is a bit ramshackled but remember that the rental is not very expensive.

Great option to stay, place very close to everything. Manuela responded to all my inquiries accurately kindly and quickly. In addition to having beautiful facilities.

In addition, the location is ideal for a pause on the route, with nearby services and different tourist attractions at a distance of 5 to 10 min by vehicle.

Norma and her companion made us feel like we were at home, the reception was wonderful, the two super communicative and proactive! We were surprised by a breakfast with warm breads and a marmalade that she made that was sensational! I recommend it to everyone who is going through Perito Moreno!

Don Mario is very attentive and kind. The house is more than enough for 4 people and everything was very tidy, plus he had firewood available for the fireplace, which is appreciated.

A very cozy home in Coyhaique! We enjoyed our stay a lot. The house is pretty spacious, there is a free parking space, everything was clean and cozy. Alejandra is a very responsive and nice host. The only thing that could be improved is adding some more cooking amenities to the kitchen, otherwise everything was perfect.

The cabin is in good condition, they worry about delivering pellets constantly to be sheltered.

We enjoyed our stay at Yenny’s and wish it could have been longer. It was a last minute booking and we arrived late and left the next morning. The place was clean and spacious and there was an amazing view of town.

Excellent stay, very quiet place with everything you need to enjoy the village. The hosts Don Raúl and Miriam were very helpful and friendly at all times, concerned with the slightest detail. I'd come back without hesitation.

We flew in to Balmaceda and wanted a cabin for a hot shower before backpacking in Patagonia. Leaving 30 below C in Montana USA and waking up to green grass and a gorgeous view was a nice start to our trip....and the showers were hot!

Great place to stay, very comfortable, clean and above all heated. Susana and her husband are friendly and helpful. There were basic things, which one always forgets to buy like sugar, tea, salt, oil among other things that helped us a lot. Highlighting the company of the michis🐈💕

Excellent host, Adrián supported us with everything we needed. What if you have to read well the description where it appears that you have to have a 4x4 vehicle to access, I did not realize and with the car that we were (4x2) we could only get to about 800m from the entrance, the road was gravel and with a lot of slope and if it had not been for the help and tremendous will of Adrian who would get us up and down in his van we would not have been able to move from the place. The cabin was spotless and had everything needed for a spectacular day at Coyhaique. Yes or if we will be back.....but now in 4x4!! Slds

Simply great! An unforgettable experience unlike anything you can imagine. A cabin with the comfort of a super hotel... In the middle of Carretera Austral! And the host is helpful and very attentive. We delayed due to traffic and even though he was late at night he was there for us to receive... I wish I had more time to be able to stay another day at the place...

Excellent stay, totally recommended either to rest and disconnect for several days or spend a night near Balmaceda for a flight the next day. The cabin was equipped with everything you need. Communication with Joel was always efficient.

Raúl and his partner were very nice and worried all the time. The environment where the cabin is located is very nice, quiet and best of all, the beds were too comfortable! The jars were also a plus (an extra 40 thousand must be paid).

Coyhaique is under a cold wave, so Ofelia had water issues, and she was so, so, so kind enough to find us an amazing place, just as hers (hot tub and starred sky included!!). We had the greatest time!! We owe to ourselves to finally go and enjoy Ofelia’s place.
