The place was great and a great retreat for a wellness weekend. The surroundings are immersed in nature. The Sahara of Ommen is particularly beautiful nearby. We liked the house very much, it was everything you needed and the sauna worked great. It was just quite cold as the heater cooled down to 16 degrees after 2 hours at night. For the winter, you may want to pack warmer things and ask if the heater can be set a little warmer. Since we weren't there for long, we could take care of it. We'd love to come again 😍

Actually, this cottage fully met the description and the photos and therefore also our expectations. It was quiet, clean, beautiful and equipped with everything. We had two great days there with beautiful walks directly from the house (the Henschotermeer was a discovery) and a nice fireplace to warm up again. Our daughter was happy with all the toys and games! Great cottage, good contact, we'd love to come back.

Barbara is a friendly woman who personally handed us the key to the cottage and showed us everything. Everything was neatly clean. Bottle of wine that was ready, we could also appreciate it very much. Is a neat and nicely decorated cottage. Also beautiful surroundings. Certainly subject to repetition.

Wonderful place in the forest. Also in winter. Nicely equipped kitchen, nice sitting area. Good communication with the hosts. You walk into the woods in no time, and even when you stay inside, you still feel in the woods. We'd love to come back.

I had a very nice stay in Tim and Nikita's forest cottage! The cottage was sparkling clean when I arrived, and the place exactly matched the photos in the listing. The cottage is fully equipped, with even some nice extras (including smart TV with streaming services, rain shower, multomap with a complete overview of activities in the area). The cottage is very quiet, while the necessary amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, etc.) can be reached within walking distance. Communication with Tim and Nikita also went smoothly. All in all had a very nice midweek and certainly worth repeating!

I've had many cottages in the Netherlands in the price range and this one was one of the best. Check-in was easy and flexible via a key box, you could park in front of the property and in the grounds of the holiday park there are dozens of leisure activities such as mini golf or a small zoo. The rooms were all clean, the kitchen well equipped (oven!) and the beds were the best I've ever had at an airbnb: really cozy and large blankets. We had no problems with the heater or the like (unlike many other houses). I would use the house again anytime, great recommendation!

It was all as described and we were very lucky , it wasn't much going on , so we could enjoy the peace and quiet we wanted. We actually didn't miss anything and we had a very nice time . The only thing missing in the house for us was a small freezer :-) just for the children's ice cream in summer is actually a must . Otherwise, everything was really great and recommended . Nice spacious and cozily furnished house, where a lot of crockery and cutlery was available so we didn't always have to turn on the dishwasher. Beautiful park with lots of amenities. The owners are very kind and flexible. Had a lovely weekend at this nice location.

We had a very nice time, beautiful area for hiking and enjoyed the hot tub, pizza oven and the BBQ. With 6 people and 2 dogs, a great accommodation for 3 nights. Clear instructions about check-in and check-out and pleasant communication. In short, highly recommended!

We had a great stay as a family (my two siblings and my two daughters 7 and 9 years old). Very stylishly furnished, comfortable beds and good smelling linens. For children there was a comprehensive range of games (PlayStation, Nintendo Wii, iPad), and there was also a TV in each bedroom. We felt comfortable right away. Unfortunately, we couldn't really use the great garden due to the weather, but in the sunshine you can really make yourself comfortable outside. We will be happy to come back <3
