The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the old port and therefore quieter. The apartment matched all descriptions and photographs of the presentation. It is well appointed and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Yannick gave us a very friendly and meticulous welcome. We recommend it without hesitation and it will be our apartment of choice (if available) for our future stays in La Rochelle.

3 night stay in Damien's apartment. Apartment ideally located in the heart of the village while being very quiet. Very nice parking place. Book without hesitation.

We had a super week at Barbara's apartment. Very centrally located, nicely furnished, great beds We were completely satisfied. Barbara was always very quick to respond to questions, was very flexible and friendly. We will be happy to come back to La Rochelle and this apartment. Thank you so much Barbara !

We had a wonderful time with the family at Elsa's house and particularly enjoyed the quiet location and the great terrace. We also enjoyed the beach of Gran Village, which we reached via a beautiful bike path. We found the house clean as shown in the photos. Only the bathrooms/ showers now showed signs of wear and tear. The washing machine and dryer were very convenient. Elsa was very kind and accommodating in communication. We definitely recommend the property for a relaxing beach holiday on the Ile d 'Oleron!

Dream stay on Île de Ré under the winter sun! Beyond our expectations! 🥰Franck and Marie were simple and warm, patiently answering all our questions . In addition, a delicate attention was reserved for us with a bottle of Rosé from the Ile de Re offered! ☺️ A beautiful place, refurbished or everything has been thought out for comfort, or nothing is missing for cooking, telling yourself! Finally, yes , maybe friendly board games... to continue our evenings pleasantly with my big children aged 21 and 24... But above all, an exceptional location! 🤩 The ocean at our feet, visible from the living room or bedroom and the pretty terrace and covered shelters! But what a marvel! 😍 I would never have imagined a stay such as this one in a dream house 😍 In addition, we rented 3 electric bikes ( 1 great first) with a 10% discount thanks to Bernard! More than 59 kms/day to walk around without suffering 🤪 🥳The foot 🤗 We'll be back again

Great house close to beach and shops. Very pleasant and functional living area. Everything is within walking distance (shops, beach, sailing club...). Very comfortable bedding. We had a lovely stay in Valéry's house.
