Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Geauga County

Laura's house was welcoming, clean, stocked with everything you could need, nicely decorated & comfortable. We loved to have a completely fenced in yard for our two dogs. It gave the dogs a chance to exercise outside and then relax in the house. Being able to use the garage in the middle of winter was the best! Not all AirBNB's will let you use the garage. I really liked the floor plan of the house also. The bedrooms are separated from the living room and kitchen so there is little chance of waking someone up. My husband wanted me to mention that the water pressure was good, he liked that they had an American flag and that this is one of the best AirBNB's that we've stayed in. I have no complaints. I should mention that the house is on a main road with traffic, but it did not bother us & I didn't even notice it for a few days. It was a little like white noise in the background. We had no problems entering or leaving the driveway. We will definitely stay at Laura's place again.

Amy Rose's place was beautiful and very cozy. We only stayed one night while passing through town, but if given the chance we would definitely stay again and for a longer time. We appreciated the decor and preserved history of the home and its close proximity to a local tavern. Amy Rose was very communicative and helped ease concerns about our dog who is very reactive to strangers and other animals. We and our animals appreciated her understanding. All of our guests slept well which was much needed!

This place was perfect for what our family needed. It was in the middle of where we visit family. 15 min drive to Chardon, 13 min from Mentor-on-the lake, 3 min from the highway, and 10 min from Kirtland. There was a Starbucks and any type of grocery/restaurant you need. It had all the amenities for a perfect stay. If you are a person that likes to watch TV before bed, you will want to bring an iPad/or watch your phone there is only 1 TV.

Our family of four stayed here for three nights and had a great time. The bedrooms are spacious and the design throughout the home is so mid-century and tasteful. The hot tub was a highlight for us! We walked through the Thompson ledges park and visited the library branch just a minute away - our daughters had a blast. Highly recommend!

We are currently doing a long-term stay at Jake's property. He is super responsive, accommodating, and just a friendly guy. This property was clearly recently renovated, and was nicely done. Highly recommend!

Thoughtfully renovated and a great location. Two short blocks to the square and a nice coffee shop that had a good and inexpensive breakfast. A winter storm swept through the area during our stay. I was impressed that there were no drafts in this historic home. Speaks to the quality of the renovations. The driveway was plowed first thing in the morning, and so were the sidewalks. Power was out all over the county but ours only flickered briefly. Glad we had such a comfortable spot to weather the storm!

We recently stayed at this property. Mark's cabin was the perfect getaway! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. There are multiple amenities that kept kids busy all the time. Kids enjoyed a lot, highlight was the common sleeping area at top floor. We had little difficulty in identifying this property at night time but we figured out. The instructions for checkin & check out was clear. Mark was a great host, communicative, and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here and can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful experience at Zachary’s. Our unit had an amazing view of the lighthouse and Lake Erie from the balcony and 1 of the bedrooms. Everything matches the photos and descriptions! It was definitely a great value for the price paid. Would definitely recommend it!

Very nice location. Plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Close to restaurants. A quiet and peaceful place to stay. Wade is very responsive and friendly.

This is a very nice apartment; better even than the pictures indicate. We loved the sun room on the back and the space was plenty large enough for us to stay comfortably for an entire month. Paula was a very good host and the apartment was very clean. The neighborhood was fine. There was some R rated language that was pretty audible outside on a couple of occasions but the neighbors seemed to be friendly when I saw them. All in all, it was a great stay.

Eric and Adriana were incredible!! I had a slight issue on my end figuring out the smart lock and within 2 minutes of texting Adriana, she had my problem resolved instantly! Walking into the home, it is extremely spacious and very clean! I couldn’t recommend Eric and Adriana enough! Well worth your money for a little travel! They will take care of you to the fullest extent!
