A beautiful and romantic tiny space. We enjoyed our stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed on Steves beautiful property for 4 nights and loved the peace and tranquility of the valley. The dam is stunning and lovely for a dip or just relaxing. Martha, the lady who checked us in and looked after our needs was so accommodating to our requests and made check in and out very easy. Overall we had a great time staying at the cottage. A heads up to those driving small cars - the roads to the cottage are all dirt roads and pretty unforgiving. Big ruts and gaps in the road from rain this time of year. We barley managed getting in and out but we did what we had to. A 4x4 would be recommended. Also if you’re a horse riding enthusiast a heads up that the farm doesn’t offer horse riding any longer and the petting zoo no longer exists. If you’re looking for a break from the hustle and bustle then is the place.

Great place to stay, very comfortable and great location to use as a base to explore the surrounding area.

As on my previous stays, this cottage is a true home away from home, and Makgati is a wonderful host! This is a great place for anyone to stay--but especially if you are interested in South African art, you'll find that this is a very special place to be and that Makgati's knowledge adds a tremendous amount to your stay.

Jane is a phenomenal host - she is very warm and welcoming, helpful, thoughtful, and responsive. Her pups Zeus (boy) and Snowy (girl) are super friendly and loving - they are also great guard dogs. As a solo female traveler, I always felt safe on the property. The cottage was clean and cozy, perfect for one person or a couple. Large bath tube, full kitchen, lots of storage space, plenty of windows to let in natural light, and most important... private. The neighborhood is safe and quiet - you'll see the local police trucks patrolling regularly day and night. The house is positioned across the street from a golf course. You'll enjoy walking this lovely neighborhood. Shopping centers with everything you need are close by and you can get anything delivered with ease. I can't say enough good things about Jane and her beautiful property. I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, private, and safe place to stay.

Jackie’s place is such a beautiful well curated place. She is an amazing host who is super hospitable. She had a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for me, with water and other items stocked in the fridge, offered free noodles and snacks I mean what a thoughtful host! An amazing location, easy to access using Ubers. I will definitely book this again when coming back to Jozi ☺️.

Had a great over-night stay, it's a hidden gem, at the center of all amenities, chilled restaurant's. The place is exactly as listed, and has all you need, the space ,the interior and it's a breathe of freah air.

It matches the pictures perfectly. The place was clean and beautiful and the host was amazing and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is such a tranquil, beautiful place and we enjoyed watching the wildlife right at our doorstep. We will definitely visit again!

I had a wonderful stay at Nora's beautiful and cozy cottage. The place was clean and peaceful. Sunday was a delight with her son playing beautiful piano music during his visit. Nora was always available to assist with anything, even providing a storeroom for my extra luggage. I can't wait for my second visit and will definitely return to enjoy this serene spot again!

Good value for money for the budget traveler, this cabin is bigger than I expected with everything needed for a great stay. Ange is very friendly and patient and took good care of us. We enjoyed our stay and could take morning walks around the beautiful neighborhood. Great Host!

On short notice nelia helped with a stay for my mum. She said her place was lovely and enjoyed her stay at her cottage. Only thing mentioned was a need for a TV.

Abrie and Jan were a great hosts! Super responsive, friendly and polite. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. The space was lovely, it’s spacious and private. The birds can be heard chirping just outside, it was a very peaceful stay.

The host is amazing and one can tell that they value their visitors stay from it's cleanliness and comfortable furniture. Check in was easy and the host welcomed us and gave us a brief tour of the place to ease us in and for us to raise any questions if we had. Overall great experience and It is a definite go to for future visits.

We spent a wonderful week-end at Ronel and Johan's Air B'n'B. The accommodation is well designed and well equipped, spotless, quiet and very homey. It was great to be able to walk to the few nice streets of Linden with coffee shops, stores and restaurants. Ronel and Johan are super nice hosts, and were very accommodating with check-in and check-out. We highly recommend!
