Condo vacation rentals in Garden City

It was perfect! We had a one night, last minute honeymoon and it exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back!!

Great stay, easy to find, and very accommodating. Bed was comfortable, but walls are a little thin can hear upstairs guests but not to big of an issue! we had a great stay would definitely recommend.

Responsiveness host, easy to work with and communicate with. Very clean place with great views. We loved the balcony's!

Great experience in the “Caribbean of the Rockies”.

Even though we were only in the condo for a very little time, it was perfect for a girl's family getaway. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Cute as a button condo that was extremely clean and in a great location!

Our property was clean and parking was a breeze. Great location to walk through town.

One-bedroom condo was a great size for our family of three. Good-size bedroom and living room with decent storage. Kitchen was compact but well appointed. Very quiet as it was winter; probably more of a summer destination. Well paved path to marina and lake but treacherous highway crossing and not great walkways or bikeways to town.

Perfect accommodation for a one night pass thru, but would stay here again longer if we came back to Bear Lake. Quiet, well kept complex just across from the marina!

The place we got for our small get away was great. Beautiful views of the lake and town. Also very fast to respond to us with any questions or concerns and they definitely made sure to take care of us and made sure we were satisfied as guest. We definitely recommend this to anyone heading to that area for a vacation, getaway etc.

Was a tiny bit difficult to find at first, but the instructions on the confirm email were very helpful. It’s just the way the condos are situated that you can’t really tell what’s the front and what’s the back. Once we figured it out, it was easy. Good parking, unit was very clean and met our needs perfectly. I would recommend an instructional card for the Murphy bed….we didn’t use it but I was curious and wouldn’t have known to pull the bottom drawer out first as the base before opening the cabinet. Had I not seen one before, I could have easily unintentionally broken the front panel. Other than that, it was a great stay. The jetted tub was a nice amenity and the back deck was lovely, even in the winter.

This place was clean, welcoming and roomy for our family of 6. The beds were very comfortable! The view of the lake was unmatched and watching the sunrise was such a treat! Especially off of the balcony from the master bedroom! The kitchen was well stocked. We even made caramel chocolate apples and pretzels and had what we needed! The big table in the kitchen was nice to play games on. The community hot tub was still open though the pool closes after Labor Day. That was really fun right by the lake and it was big enough for our family to enjoy! Loved our stay- hope to come again!

We really enjoyed our stay! This was a beautiful location with a lake view. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. This is not the most private place to stay, you can hear other people in the building and outside but since we stayed in the off season it was no big deal. I can imagine it might be a little loud during the summer. The hosts were very friendly and answered questions quickly. I’d definitely stay here again.

This place was really good. It has great views and has all items if you want to prepare your own dinner. Very clear instructions and check in was very simple.
