We loved the stay at Anupama’s place. It is walkable to many stores and restaurants and only 1km to benaulim beach. Pro: - Responsive and friendly host. She was kind to leave us fruits, cookies and Christmas cakes - Safe and neat gated society with pool - Good internet and functional kitchen with all basic amenities for a short stay - Attached terrace is great for morning tea and evening drinks Cons: - Second floor without elevator (though host helped us with luggage) - Car Parking is outside the gate though in front of building. Finding a spot could be tricky sometimes - Mattress is bouncy so not comfortable for good sleep - Felt highly overpriced at Christmas-New year rates

The property is beautiful and mesmerizing. Host was really helpful and responsive. Delivered certain requests on time. Food was yummy and fulfilling. Amenities were accurately described and there were many restaurants and local shops near the property. It was an amazing experience.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

Great host. Amazing property. They had one care taker always around the property for our convenience and everyday cleaning staff used to come. Shaeen and her husband both were very warm and welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. Will surely visit again and recommend to all our friends and family. Cheers!

It was a beautiful 1bhk apartment, feels absolutely like home, all the basic amenities are there, clean and comfortable room and most importantly it was in great location everything was in walking distance, we stayed for 3nights and will highly recommend it.

we stayed here for 3 days and found the apartment to be very homely. it has a very well equipped kitchen and clean linens. The unit also has 5G wi-fi which makes helps in taking office calls and meetings if required. The locality is very peaceful and from a walkable distance from beach. The host is very polite and responsive. all in all a great experience.

This place is perfect to come back to after a day full of being in goa. The place is spacious, resourced and it was as clean as it could get and the area is very peaceful. Everything good on one side, best part is that how amazing Vishnupriya & Raviraj are. Have never met any hosts like them. They are pure hearted, helpful and proactive in ensuring that you have the smoothest experience at every second. They welcomed us and it felt right at home. We got complimentary groceries as well! Raviraj suggested us the perfect places for what we wanted to do and he was always just a call away no matter what time of the day it was. Definitely one of the best experiences we had had on airbnbs.

We were a group of four friends visiting Goa for the 2nd time. Staying at this house was a pleasure. Living in this property is like living with the nature. The home was cozy and clean. The hidden trek to the hill, located adjacent to the house from where the sea view is ultimate. Coming to the host, the best part of our trip is meeting Paras. Paras, is a very warm and gracious person and we were amazed to know about his skills and achievements. This is for Paras, "The Techno music you showed us is amazing and the last night of our stay where we chilled was memorable and you made our trip a complete one." Special thanks to Manish, our caretaker who made us comfortable with all the things we required for and for preparing the delicious lunch on our last day. Next time we don't have to worry to find a place as we got one forever as a second home for us in Goa. Thank you Paras, for hosting us and its a great stay and trip for us. The place was very good and worth what we paid for. DO NOT USE MAPS TO FIND THE PLACE JUST FOLLOW THE VIDEO THESE GUYS GIVE YOU its easy that way. Hot water could have been in both bathroom but there was hot water in only 1 bathroom which needs fixing. The entry of the property is a bit difficult for cars but I suggest professional drivers to get the car in but other then these 2 things the property is amazing and exactly like the pictures and the service was also good.

A really good stay, we came for a family getaway and this was a really great place for us to spend some quality time together. the host was extremely prompt in communication, the manager, Reece and especially the caretaker taker, bishnu were awesome, always ready to help. bishnu prepared tea, delicious chicken curry and breakfast. although our stay was short it was absolutely perfect. the property itself is big, the architecture is really interesting yet morden amenities are provided. pool as pretty good but has coarse stone so one should be careful not to hurt themselves but excellent grip and perfect depth. we enjoyed all our time in the pool. theres board games and cards which were were playing through the night Definitely a great place for a peaceful escape or exploring the island

This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

We ( Group of 5 friends) enjoyed the stay at Nalin's villa . The hospitality of staff made stay enjoyable. We can strongly recommend this place. There are still small improvement area but otherwise it is 5 out of 5.

the property was great. very clean and spacious. utensils are provided for one to cook. the host was responsive and helpful. not to forget, the caretaker was also very helpful and polite. great service. i look forward to book this property again during my next trip to Goa.

It was a beautiful apartment spacious and everything you need to make it feel like home. Minutes walk is mini supermarket and lovely little coffee shop wine store and a lovely restaurant and 30 mins walk to the beach along a very safe and quiet road I would highly recommend

This is 1rk so should be listed Accordingly. it has enough amenities and host kept everything at apartment like sugar ,tea powder, cloth powder etc. attention to detail I must say. few request - please repair toilet spray n save water. living room curtains should be less transparent and enough.

Staying at Yogesh was a great experience for us. The apartment was perfect as described and it was always very quiet. The amenities of the house complex from the parking lots to the roof terrace were very well maintained and guarded, we enjoyed using them. Not least through the hints of Yogesh, we were able to thoroughly explore the peninsula with the adjacent areas and found many interesting places that have so far been largely spared from the usual tourism. Thank you to Yogesh, we will be happy to come back.
