Lovely apartment in the most convenient place of the city! The house is located on an eucalyptus alley just steps from the beach. There are good cafes and restaurants, several grocery stores, a pharmacy within walking distance. Apartment with a wonderful designer renovation and a great view of the sea! The heated floor and air conditioning allow you to maintain a comfortable temperature in all weather conditions. The apartment has everything you need! In general, everything! Even a first aid kit and a seat on the toilet for the baby. We have never seen such a thoughtful and comfortable place to stay, although we often stay in apartments while traveling. Great apartment. Everything is very convenient. The sea is close. Market is nearby. Trolleybus stop in the immediate vicinity. It's a 20-minute walk to the center, 5 minutes by public transport.

Stayed at Adgur's place in July 2021. The host is very hospitable,attentive,good-natured. I was always in touch. He showed me everything, told me. He advised me to visit, it's better to eat. The apartment has all thatis needed to live. The beach is really in a walking distance. Neighbors are friendly and open people. We are very happy with the rest! Thank you so much)))

The host, Arthur and his mom Aida, are very helpful and decent people. They meet and see off their guests without problems, respond quickly to their requests, throughout the rest, whether everything is fine, if there are any needs for the guest, they try to help immediately and satisfy their desire.

The apartment was lovely, renovated. Located in a quiet neighborhood, there is a store nearby. The electricity was not turned off. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, a good kitchen with everything you need ,where you can cook. We were in the winter, so the problem of the warm apartment was relevant. Konstantin took care of it in advance. The bathroom and kitchen have heated floors, one room has a heater, the other is heated. The heater was big enough for the whole family to swim. The internet is good, lots of TV channels. Separately, I want to say a few words about the owner of the apartment. The person is very respectful, responsive, punctual. I recommend it to everyone.

We've really enjoyed our stay at Vitalij's place. The location is perfect - close to the beach, to the lake, to the shop and not many tourists around. The communication was perfect and Vitalij managed quickly to deal with every struggle made by the covid-19. Btw. Vitalij's grandmother is wonderful. Thanks for everything:)

We’ve had an incredible time at Giorgi’s house. Comfortable little terrace with a breeze from the sea, barbecue zone, parking space under the house in the shade, walkable long shore is all yours. Giorgi is very friendly and talkative. You might be lucky to hear a cool story from him. It’s an extra bonus!

We celebrated the New Year with a big group of kids. The house is large and spacious, has everything you need. Close to the beach, where you can admire the beautiful sunsets, the coniferous forest. Very quiet.
