Absolutely recommended! A lovely, well-equipped apartment in a fantastic location—just a short walk to restaurants, the old town, and the beach. The only minor downside is the supermarket next door, where you can hear the cash register sounds throughout the day. Still, a great place to stay!

The apartment is amazing, I’ve never lived in a place wich such a beautiful view. You can watch the best sunsets on the beach straight from the couch or while cooking dinner. :) Also the location is great, you just have to walk downstairs to be on the beach and eat in the best restaurants in el cotillo which are all in the same building.

Casa Neen is a lovely apartment. Not too many bells and whistles but what you need is there. A nice shower, a good bed, excellent WIFI and everything accessible within walking distance. Last year I was here for the first time and this year it was a surprise that Andrew hung two beautiful shade cloths instead of the umbrella and provided the terrace with a very nice lounge set. It is especially such a wonderful place because everything is within walking distance. Whether it's your groceries, walking to a restaurant, or your first cup of coffee somewhere on the beach, all excellent to do. Also the coffee "home" with the help of a De"Longhi" really made our vacation a top holiday! Good restaurants are of course plentiful, but our toppers are Baluus and Land of Freedom.

it was a great place to stay. But there are camera's in the living room and the kitchen, that was a little bit weird.

Beautiful apartment, lovely surroundings. Hosts were very kind and responsive to questions. We arrived very late due to flight delay and Mateus thoughtfully had bought a pizza and beer as all the restaurants and shops were closed. Apartment is close to amenities and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Best apartment we've stayed in and we have been in El Cotillo about 7 times.

I had a lovely few days at the urba at La Caleta. Very comfortable furnishings, it was exactly as described, and the sunny south facing terrace was great for breakfast or a sundowner. One note (outside anyone's control): if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs as noise from neighbours above can start early. Nothing walkable but by car 5 mins to decent restaurants and loved being so close to the Corralejo Dunes. Good location for exploring. Would recommend.

Great location in the heart of town, used this apartment as a base whilst doing sporting activities locally. Close to local bars and restaurants. Great responsive host. Airport transfer service was great and especially after such a delayed flight. Would definitely recommend

The area might look a little tired but dont be fooled. The apartment is very stylish and modern. Totaly clean. Well equipped. Central location and walkingdistance everywhere.

This was our second year staying at this apartment, it's in great location and has everything you need. The roof terrace is amazing.

Our stay was great! The house is very nice, there is everything to have a great time. Everything is thought out, in the kitchen we can cook well, even make a cake! The garden is nice with the little hammock! And the pool (even if cool) is super nice, there are even sunbeds to take from the house to be comfortable. Nad has always been super responsive. Unfortunately my spouse was very sick, Nad advised us to consult doctors and even made us think of the European health insurance card! We will be back to enjoy this gorgeous island!

Apartment was perfect, spotlessly clean, everything we required and more, less than 5 mins walk to bars and restaurants, pool was lovely and quiet too, will definitely be back

Thank you we really enjoyed our stay! It was really nice accommodation. We could even check-in earlier than is usual time and check-out little bit later. Natalia is very kind and hospitable. In the kitchen there were many different instruments to make food with like different sizes pots and pans, even the device that can be used to make fresh orange juice and of course cutlery, plates, bowls. There was a good kitchen stove and oven, big refrigerator. There are two bathrooms with shower and in both bathroom there are big and small towels. There is plenty of room, I stayed there with my four friends. There is one big bed, two bunk beds, comfortable couch.

Wonderful Apartment! We had a great stay at Frank's place & really enjoyed it. Cleanliness, location, description - everything gets 5 stars from us. Very peaceful, residential location yet ideally placed between the town-centre & the wonderful beaches of the Grandes Playas - perfect for the 2 of us. Great hosts who we thank for providing our accommodation in Corralejo.

Mario's apartment is functional, it is located in a very pleasant residence with very nice access to swimming pools. Mario is a very responsive and friendly host. He was available to answer our requests and questions.

We had a wonderful stay! Annika met us on arriving at the villa, super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Made delicious breakfast every morning. Pool was lovely, our kids loved it! Walking distance down to the beach and nice restaurants.
