I was a bit nervous coming to this Airbnb because there were no reviews, but if you have the same concern, do not be worried! I have stayed in many Airbnbs, and it was easily one of the most beautiful homes I've had the pleasure of staying in. It was a 10 min walk to downtown Puerto Varas and close to grocery stores. The house was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the Wifi was super fast. I work remotely and had several video calls with no issues. Josefina always responded in minutes and was extremely communicative. We couldn't recommend it more and were sad to be leaving!

Excellent communication and initiative of Mrs. Irma, totally a love! She was super attentive to everything and with immediate availability in case of any questions or queries. The house had everything, it is in a residential area so it was extremely quiet and about 15-20min walking to the center (comfortable for us), full equipped, with heating, Internet and TV, kitchen and clean dishes. The house is made of wood and you can see that it is old but with all the comfort of the world. Like everything, there are suggestions to do, but that is said directly to Irma. Totally grateful and likewise my family!
