Cozy and modern duplex – "Life is good".

Our modern style duplex has just been fully renovated and is fully equipped. Located in the city center, it remains a quiet place as it is located at the back of the building ("créaflors" store – backyard). Our 70 m² accommodation is organized on 2 levels with all the necessary equipment: living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with reading area, bathroom with bath and shower. It is conveniently located in the center of Couvin with free parking just across the street.

Tiny House in the “tiny du bocage” countryside

Escape to the countryside in this comfortable studio, ideally located 15 minutes from Maubeuge and 20 minutes from Val Joly, only 300 m from the greenway. Enjoy a quiet and green setting, perfect for recharging while staying close to amenities. Private parking right next to the accommodation. Fully self-contained studio, with linens (sheets, towels) and hygiene products provided. When you arrive, everything is ready: all you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy!

Le Fournil Cottage, close to the Lacs de l'Eau d'Heure

Old bread oven completely renovated. Accommodation with a living room consisting of an equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The mezzanine bedroom has a double bed and access to the shower room. The accommodation is equipped with a laundry room with fridge, microwave, washing machine. Free Wi-Fi is available as well as a TV equipped with non-paying channels. The accommodation is ideal for a couple or couple with young children (sofa bed in the living room).

Ideally located between the water dams of l'eau d'heure, Virelles and Chimay, sustainable and ecological trailer on the farm. A simple and authentic decor for a holiday with a taste of adventure. Equipped with electricity (heating), a dry toilet and a sink with kettle for hot water. Microwave oven. Outdoor camping shower (jerican) (summer). It can accommodate 2 adults and a small child (mezzanine) not a baby. Breakfast basket for €8.50 pp, dining basket for 22.50 pp.

40 m2 apartment (on the 1st floor of the house) direct access. Number of people 1 or 2 in double bedroom with TV and baby bed. Kitchenette (fridge, oven, microwave...). Bathroom (shower & bathtub) separate toilet – Relaxation area (stereo, documentation, board games). Private terrace (barbecue), access to a recreational area (swings, sun loungers, our animals: donkey, goat, sheep). Departure of hiking and mountain biking trails at the foot of the house.

Although ANIMAL-friendly, we do NOT allow them inside the cottage. We also want this cottage to remain a NON-SMOKING space.

Want to enjoy the calm of a small village in the countryside? Come and enjoy a charming modern house to rest and work. This house is occupied when it is not available. Therefore, you have all the comfort and equipment necessary to enjoy a great stay. Of course, my belongings are there. Close to France, Ragnies, Charleroi or Mons. 1 hour from Brussels. Since September 2023, a new sofa has served as a second bed.
