Everything was okay

I stayed at Oussama's place from January to April and am very satisfied. Hosts were always reachable. For questions or extensions of the stay, they accommodated me and could help at any time. In general, I am positively impressed by both the host and the apartment and would recommend it to anyone who would like to inquire about Koblenz.

Great apartment, Marta is nice, friendly and a very accommodating host. You can go here without hesitation, it wasn't the last time you saw me there!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, well-located, and had all the comforts of home.

Everything was perfect. I even asked him for help with a spider and he solved it and left insecticide in case any more appeared (I'm very afraid of them) but everything was spotless.

We will definitely go there again! We very relaxing weekend!

We had a wonderful friends weekend. all a private bedroom that were very spacious. you basically don't have to leave the house. it is equipped with every comfort. a lovely jacuzzi with a lovely sauna in addition. bbq works super well. very spacious kitchen where you are equipped with every comfort. large living room with a pool table. everything was very clean. we choose a different house every year but this really jumped out. this home is highly recommended

We felt very comfortable with Michael, the house is very nice and spacious, we didn't miss anything, everything is as in the photos. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and garden. An unexpected extra plus was the two big standing horses that our 5 year old daughter was busy with all weekend! :-D There are also plenty of games, the ping pong table was another great surprise. We enjoyed the time very much and are already considering when we can come back!

We had a very nice few days at the place. The hostess was always easy to reach and also gave us helpful tips for excursions with children. The place was very clean and very nicely decorated.

Highly recommended, we had a nice week. Everything is within walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice place, big house and very complete

Iordanis' place was excellent in all respects - it was spacious, well kitted out, warm (as we visited in December) and homely. Access to ample parking was very useful too as we had two cars with us. Iordanis was a very responsive host and was accessible whenever we needed him. The Christmas tree with the lighting was a nice touch as well!

David welcomed us and show us the place around! There is a trail to do behind the house to a small cafe, definitely worthy!

We immediately fell in love with this wonderful apartment in a fantastic location! Stephi took care of everything here to make you feel welcome and was always responsive! A chilled welcome for us and for the furry people there were dog bowl and toys ready. The high-quality amenities were extremely clean and well maintained and actually we don't want to praise too much so that the gem is not constantly booked;-) but we would have given even more stars! Thank you Stephi for this wonderful break! We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The place was clean and there was everything you needed. The ambiance was as shown in the pictures. The view was dreamy. Nearby were a Netto, a baker, butcher and savings bank within 3 minutes. Restaurants were also nearby, as well as a gas station. In 15 minutes you were in Winterberg at all the sights and in the city and in 35 minutes you were in Willingen. There are also a few games in the property to make the evening nice. We thank you for the little break and will definitely visit the accommodation again.

Everything worked out beautifully! The place is well maintained, very clean and exactly as described. Benjamin was super friendly even before arrival and the warm welcome immediately made up for our turbulent arrival. Clear recommendation – always happy to come back!

L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. The "old garage" had a wonderful charm and was almost even nicer than seen on the website. The communication with Lukas,the surroundings,the well-equipped apartment and the magnificent surroundings have made us feel completely comfortable and would like to come back again. Highly recommended!
