The photos of this place don’t do it justice. It’s quite adorable and full of charm. Would recommend. I wish we had known ahead of time that not a single restaurant would be open during our visit (off season, January). No shops, no restaurants. If we had known, we would have brought food. That would have been a nice mention at any point. Or that parking isn’t available next to the house, and that you’ll need to drive around the tiny streets and find parking nearby. Other than that it was actually quite nice to have the town pretty much all to ourselves. The little home was adorable and comfortable. The view out the window was great and we appreciated the nice, hot shower.

Very nice apartment, we were delighted by the decoration, layout, surface and terrace. We'll be happy to go back!

Clean and pleasant hosting

Very cozy small apartment,in the city center,with everything you need inside. There is a balcony,kitchenette,iron,hairdryer Absolutely everything)) But it is very difficult to lift your heavy luggage upstairs)) Be prepared for that) Wonderful communication and hosts,were available. Thanks to you) We would be happy to come back to see you again if we come to Nice We will recommend you to our friends)

Fabien’s place was exactly as described. There was everything we needed and more. The place was extremely clean and the location was phenomenal. Host was super responsive and cares a lot about their guests. Would highly recommend and return in the future!

The location was superb. It was so pleasant to be within easy walking distance of many restaurants & so many of the top attractions: the Old Town, Garibaldi Square, the Colline du Château, Promenades des Anglais, Place Massena etc. The appartment was charming & spotless with a lovely balcony, very comfortable bed & very well-equipped kitchenette & bathroom. The staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. We had wonderful communication from Andreia before our arrival. She also had very helpful tips for our holiday. Thank you so much, Edel
