Beautiful studio furnished and arranged with taste and quality, all with a magnificent view of the Bay of Nice! Particularly well located for shops and walks in Cape Town: everything can be done on foot. Too bad the environment is noisy, sometimes very early in the morning. Jean-Pierre and Yvette are charming hosts and provide very good advice.

Very good stay at Hannah's place. The area is great, the flat is close to everything, with an amazing view on the port. The flat is also quite well furnished. Hannah was friendly and helpful.

Great apartment close to the Croisette and activities. Plus there is a good bakery 200m away and several restaurants. Perfect!

My absolute future dream house! Adrien was absolutely nice and welcoming, perfect and clear instructions to ensure me and my friend check in fluently. The house is even better than the picture, especially the dc player and a whole collection of phonos, undoubtedly amazing, bringing the vibe of home.

Really enjoyed our stay, apartment in an ideal location. Good for walks, eating and bars. Can easily visit other towns on Cote d' azure.

A very nice apartment right on the beach of Cannes. One small flaw is the slightly older furniture and that you could not sit or have breakfast on the terrace as well as the table was a little small. But you can handle that. Vincent is a great host, very friendly and was always easy to reach and responded quickly. If you want to spend a nice and relaxing holiday, this is the place for you!!!

Six weeks stay in this lovely apartment was best holiday ever. Place was excellent and we enjoyed every second. Very quiet place, great lake view. Bérengère gave us an appointment in a parking lot near the rental because I think I would never have found the house. It takes a good "physical condition" to walk the streets of the village and around, the rooms of the house are spread over three floors but that we knew Bérengère had warned us. Access to the house is not very easy if you have "big" and lots of luggage like us (cooler, photo equipment, etc.). There is a car park about a hundred meters from the dwelling. In the bathroom on the first floor the shower is quite spacious but the space between the sink and the lobby door is quite small not easy, once you get out of the shower, to mop up. More powerful lighting in the first floor toilet would have been appreciated. But apart from these small "inconveniences", really nice place, like Bérengère, we recommend it.

we had a very nice stay at this very beautifully decorated house! the atmosphere is cocooning. In February the place is very quiet and lots of shops and restaurants are closed around. We had a relaxing stay (without a TV😉) it feels good to disconnect!

The beautiful views and central location is complimented by the equally comfortable and well stocked house. This was our first visit to Antibes and will definitely be visiting again and will stay here! Super close to all things around and a perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation.

We and the whole family had a good time. The house was spacious, appropriate for small children. The swimming pool was great for the children. The surrounding area has many places for walks and views. The host was kind.

We hope to be lucky enough to one day return. This was a beautiful, relaxing spot and we all (2 families traveling together) enjoyed our stay so much. It is obvious that this home has been used to make beautiful family memories, it is charming and comfortable and was well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our time. We all wished we had a few more days to relax at the house and explore the immediate area.

We had an exceptional stay! The apartment is even better than in the photos: clean, spacious and very well decorated. The bedding is comfortable, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, and the views are stunning. The location is ideal, close to everything and in a quiet area. Jean Luc is a wonderful host, very welcoming and responsive.

Wonderful small apartment greatly located in the top floor of an old building (with elevator) with the best possible view (in real actually even better than on the pictures). I stayed for 4 weeks to work here in home office and it was truly amazing waking up to that view every morning, having all necessary shops located only a few steps away and being able to go for a swim by just crossing the street. I definitely recommend it and would choose it again when in Nice.

A great stay at Sonia's apartment! The welcome was super warm and then there was nothing missing. Plus, Sonia left us some homemade farm products that were really delicious. The apartment itself is extremely close to the port of Fréjus as well as at the beginning of the beach (<300 m). Everything you need and at your fingertips. Beyond all this, there is the very large and beautiful terrace, perfect for eating on it. This was an experience that will exceed all expectations!

Very friendly and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing and in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need the car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We can highly recommend this apartment. Would definitely stay here again; you are a block off the water in Antibes, with tons of restaurants and shopping just a couple minutes away. Access to the place is easy, it's quite spacious and comfortable, and has all the necessities for a week spent in-town. Would definitely stay here again!
