Vacation rentals with lake access in Freestone County

Condo has everything you could need and host is very responsive. Convenient to the marina/restaurant and great views over the water. This was our 2nd visit to the condo and will be returning in the future.

We spent Christmas there with our son who lives in Mexia. Had a great time. Had quite a lightning show one evening which was awesome. Never lost power. I would like to come back in summer when the lake is full. House was nice and as described. Robert was always responsive. Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay especially the morning on the dock and the setup of the tiny home, the openness and it is very comfortable. Perfect for a couple. We like the chairs and table on the patio and the fact there are two bicycles available to use. We love the dock and the two chairs on the dock, provides a fabulous relaxing view. PP is one of the best locations for a wonderful sunset view. A suggestion is to add a walkway or stepping stones from the patio to the deck so as not to have to walk through wet grass, especially in the morning, as we enjoyed going to sit on the dock in the morning. Not a deal breaker though. Tom was very responsive and took great care of everything for an easy pleasant stay. We shall return.

I stayed at Angel's place for over 2 months. I was working out of town. Angel's ace had everything i needed to be comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful place to come to after working. The on site laundry facilities were a great bonus to my stay. I would definitely recommend Angel's place to for business or pleasure 👍

We planned our family vacation to Streetman and had another air bnb booked. We arrived to plumbing issues and had to quickly divert and find a new place to stay. We found this beautiful home of Kendall’s and were so appreciative of the quick response time and flexibility the host provided with us. Kendall’s home is BEAUTIFUL, peaceful, and full of every single thing you would need when vacationing. We were extremely impressed and so grateful for an accommodating host. Our two pups were in love with this spot as well. We would love to make this air bnb our annual vacation spot. Highly recommend!!
