We had a wonderful stay at Massimo & Danila’s house, which is an architectural gem filled with beautiful details and personal touches. Even in the winter time it was very warm and the fireplace added to the feeling of comfort. We loved the peace and quiet that the house radiates, as well as the surrounding sand dunes and beautiful beaches. Thank you for making our stay so magical & we hope to return.

Perfect apartment when you want to be close to the beach. The apartment was charming and well decorated. The terrace was especially nice. Angela was a great host, very friendly and helpful.

Modica is delightful and the apartment is a great base to explore it, ideally situated for both Modica Bassa and Alta. The living area and bedroom/bathrooms are across two floors linked by a fabulous staircase, with further stairs up to the terrace, which has great views across the town. Eleanora gave good recommendations for places to eat and drink - Bann bakery is excellent as is the Inno cafe and Casalindolci pasticceria in the same area. We had great pizzas at Sorsi e Morsi, all away from the throng of the main street. Definitely recommend the town and the apartment.

Great host, friendly and flexible. Spacious and light place, good kitchen, large living room and balcony. Fantastic ocean views. Easy parking. Close walk to beaches and restaurants. Pozzallo is not a town with many tourists which we appreciated. Only downside is the local youth gathering in the little park outside on weekend evenings, but the sleeping rooms are in the back and undisturbed. Absolutely good value!

I enjoyed my one-month stay at Vittorio’s place. Vittorio is very friendly and personable. The place is close to the train/bus station so you can easily explore other cities in Sicily by public transit if you don’t have a car. It’s also close to Vittoria’s city centre. The place was clean and it has a large TV, a small kitchen and a balcony. It has fast internet and a desk so you can use it if you are working remotely. The studio is also not on the street side so it’s quiet. Recommended!

Location was very very good and there is a very good mini market that sells everything that you need and more.

We had an awesome stay. Antonio and his wife were exceptionally welcoming and nice people. the place and the view are awesome. we are already thinking about coming back to Sampieri.

Very pleasant house to stay in a quiet and typically Sicilian area. The rooftop terrace is great and is a plus!! Francesca is very welcoming, she was very available to us, gave us a lot of documentation on Scicli. The location of the house makes it very easy to get around the area. We would recommend this house and hope to return.

We stayed at Charlie’s for a week and it was amazing. The place itself you could stay at without wanting to venture any further, with hammocks, fire pit, chickens, fields and a sauna. A really good place to chill. The place itself was very homely with everything that you needed? Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a log burner for those cooler evenings. The place itself is all located, 10 minutes from the beaches and close to Scicli and Ragusa Charlie, was a great host, giving some great recommendations and was really helpful I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Thanks Charlie!

We had a brilliant stay in Giuseppe and Emanuele’s treasure of an apartment. It’s ideally located between upper and lower Ragusa with panoramic views of lower Ragusa from the balcony, and ideal for exploring the city. Just 10-minutes walk from the cafés and shops of upper Ragusa, and a pleasant downhill walk to the lower part of the city. The apartment is absolutely stunning, meticulously clean and organised, sympathetically decorated, comfortable and well-equipped, with everything we could have needed. We also left some belongings behind, and the hosts very kindly agreed to post them to us. We highly recommend this place and its hosts!

Great apartment with stunning terrace and views. Very helpful owner. We absolutely loved staying here, enjoying this very tasteful, well-equipped apartment in a quiet historic, steep part of town. It’s 2 mins walk to a local bar and shop, and 5-7 mins to a couple of good local restaurants and supermarket. Walking down to the main town is 20 mins and beautiful but walking up is exhausting! There is a bus every hour or so (#3) and this was a wonderful help! In case it’s helpful to set your expectations right, the kitchen and bathroom are very small, and you have to walk through the narrow kitchen to get to the bathroom. This is made clear in the reviews and/or details. There’s also quite a few instructions related to this being an old house, and potential for shortages of water in the town and sudden rain. But everything is beautifully clear in the instructions and it all worked fine for us, even for cooking in a small space, so if you are happy with this, then it’s HIGHLY recommended

Loved this place! A perfect wee place to stay in the centre of historic Scicli. So much character, nicely decorated, with modern amenities. The shower was amazing! A 1 minute walk to the pedestrian street, close to shops, restaurants and sites. Free parking was easily available a 3 minute walk from the apartment.

Well furnished house very comfortable for two couples who care about privacy. Located in the center of Marina di Ragusa, it allows you to get to the center and the waterfront without taking any means. Host available for every request.

Great second floor apartment with direct sea views. Host was very helpful and friendly. Good local restaurants and a great base for exploring further afield.

Gabriele is a phenomenal host, a very responsive, proactive, and kind host. The apartment is located on the 6th floor, in a safe and quite area. The apartment has a terrace with a gorgeous view of Ragusa Ibla, the old town, and it is furnished with everything you need to live comfortably for either a short or long stay, as reported in the listing description. I definitely recommend staying at Gabriele’s place.
