Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Frederikssund

We had a lovely time staying at Jacob and Mette’s place. It is clearly a much-loved family home and we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The outside space in particular was perfect. And it’s just a short walk to the sea with plenty of beaches to choose from.

Matthias was very flexible and welcoming. The house was clean and tidy.

Lovely stay in a cosy house

We absolutely loved Ivan's house with his loving cat. The house is clean and comfortable. It was very comfortable to live with children as there are a lot of children's toys in the house. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Iann is always in touch and ready to help answer any questions. We are very satisfied and recommend using Iann's house.

We had a lovely and cozy winter weekend at Maria’s sommerhus. The house was very clean and spacious. It was really nice for our children as there was so many things to place with and space to run around. The kitchen was well stocked to cook some lovely meals. We especially loved all the lighting around the house. We would love to come back when we can enjoy the outside! Lovely.

Very beautiful house.

The children were able to play with a lot of play equipment and toys in the garden, and we had a fun and relaxing stay.It was a cozy and wonderful house. Access to the bus stop was also good, and it was very convenient to get to the center. Thank you!

A really good accommodation to visit Copenhagen!

Simon's place was perfect for our trip to Copenhagen. The location was extremely close to the Metro, lots of restaurants, and some great parks for kids. It was very walkable but not too noisy. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was very clean. Simon was very communicative and flexible with check-in, and Frederiksberg was a wonderful neighborhood to stay with my friends and their young son. I would highly recommend staying here!

Staying at Elsebeth's was great. The apartment is perfectly located. Elsebeth is very reactive and arrageant. We can only recommand the stay there!

Very nice place to stay. It was very convenient that the property was within walking distance of the airport. Public transport and shopping are also quickly reached. The communication went smoothly. We lacked nothing.

Pros: This apartment is small but in a lovely 1890s? building with a great courtyard. The location is one stop away from the central train station, Tivoli, & several museums. I loved that my teenagers got a chance to see & appreciate how a Danish family truly loves in the city. Though small to us, there was a space for everyone to go to get away from each other if need be. Full kitchen & fridge for a quick meal or sandwiches to go. Lovely balcony to enjoy the long evenings & a great neighborhood to explore. We all felt safe & had a wonderful time. Know upfront: The bathroom is a long galley style wet room. The shower, sink, & toilet are all together. Due to the age of the building, bathrooms are a bit tricky to modernize so… the shower is the first space you see when you enter the room. Once all the showers are finished, you have to squeeze to floor, WELL, so it can dry before people need the room again. Jeppe does not add a cleaning fee but he asks you to clean before you leave.

One of our best AirBnB stays ever. Christina was a SUBERB host — kind, responsive, helpful, a wealth of local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for more. The apartment was delightful. GREAT location — around the corner from Torvehallerne, walkable to the entire city, and right at the Nørreport station for the best possible accessibility to transit. (Direct trains to airport, Malmö, and really everywhere else you’d want to go.) Even though it’s central, it’s remarkably quiet because it faces out onto two courtyards rather than a street. Plus, the apartment is decorated with great style — eclectic, idiosyncratic, beautiful, artistic. And it was spotless. And the beds and pillows were great. And there's great natural light. l could go on, but I’m running out of characters. Side note -- the upstairs bedroom was just about the perfect room for our 20-year-old daughter. Private, great views, great light. Just perfect. We would absolutely stay here again. No notes.

Julie was a wonderful host and the apartment was perfect for our stay as a family. The location is very close to local restaurants, shops and easy access to the Metro and Trains. We also loved how many local parks and green spaces there are as well as kid playparks. Excellent hospitality and was very good at recommending places to go. Highly recommend.

Great place on a convenient location. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment provided by Tobias was cozy, cool, so we really enjoyed it and its design and balcony. Everything was top, Tobias was very helpful and offered a free extra bed what we appreciated a lot. Price-quality-location 10/10 p.s. the hall and kitchen area are really smaller than in real life, I would say twice smaller - it was a nice surprise.

Lovely flat in a quiet area. Communication with Morten was easy from the very beginning. He gave us some local tips. His place was perfect for our party of five. We 100% recommend it!

Martin’s place is the epitome of hygge. If you want a quintessential Danish experience, I cannot recommend it enough. He gave us lots of great tips and was kind enough to leave us a few wonderful bottles of wine upon checkin after a hectic traveling day. The location is perfect! The apartment was so comfortable and beautifully appointed. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!
