Such a beautiful place to stay, everything was beautifully put together, clean, with a cozy, homey feel that made it easy to relax and unwind. The apartment is new and well-maintained. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you're visiting Gruene! My only tiny wish is that the apartment complex considers adding an elevator in the future for added convenience. All in all, a great experience—I'll definitely be back!

The location is perfect if you prefer not to be in the center of the city. It is super close to Gruene Hall and the river. It is on the 3rd floor so be prepared to climb stairs. I will definitely check for availability of this property on my next trip to Gruene.

The resort is beautiful! Spectacular views, peaceful and lots to do in the area. The apartment was very clean, and resort staff very responsive and helpful.

We were so happy to find such a perfect place to stay. The parking is a bit difficult. But the good thing is that once you find a spot you never have to leave because everything is within walking distance. We were so happy with all the amenities. We enjoyed just hanging out and people watching from such a great view!! We will definitely stay here again!

The stairs are quite a climb. Besides that, truly perfect place. I rarely ever Airbnb, but will specifically return to this exact condo unit. So clean, quiet, comfortable. Pretty view. Great location. Awesome Casablanca ceiling fans. Has everything you could ask for and more. Absolutely not a place that “seems” like an Airbnb. Exceeded my somewhat lofty expectations. Even the tiny details like all the lights dimmable and switches labeled, made it really comfortable. The owners of the unit should be proud. Looking forward to next time already.

Great summer vacation spot! Our family enjoyed the view and relaxing time in the pool and hot tub. Also played Frisbee golf and had other options. Would love to come back in the near future!

The spacious accommodations exceeded our expectations! Beds and linens were very comfortable. The property is conveniently located about a half mile from Gruene Hall. Great value! Excellent choice!

Joy and her husband were very kind and even stopped by when we had an issue with the keurig machine. They also gave us some contacts for our boat we had docked that had issues. The house had everything we needed and the pool was a hit with the kids. Plenty of games, things to do nearby. It was a great trip. Would highly recommend.

Great space for a large gathering! We had everything we needed and the space was amazing for our party of 10. It was a great location and we loved the Christmas decorations. Would stay here again!

We were looking for a house near Austin for my family and I to have a long weekend getaway from Dallas. This property was perfect. There were 7 of us there and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax. We would definitely go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving here. It was so peaceful and the hot tub was so nice to have on a cold night with the stars shining bright. Being out away from everything was exactly what we needed. Thank you for being so helpful with everything!

Came for Spring Break. Sad about the climate change and lack of rain causing no river flow, but the house and amenities More than made up for it! We had so much fun singing karaoke and playing board games. She over stocked all of the restrooms with things for us girls to do facials. I Loved the stay and would recommend staying here again! excellent stay for a perfect girls weekend! house had everything we needed and more and was in the perfect location to everything; like H-E-B and Bucees and then for entertainment maybe a 20min drive. Host responded to every message fast which is always nice. if you are going to use blow up rafts for the pool i would bring your own pump, we ended up having to order and get one delivered from amazon but that wasn't a issue.
