Perfect location! Host was very responsive. Only negative is it did not have a well stocked kitchen which proved to be a challenge when cooking thanksgiving dinner! Listing indicated there would at least be olive oil, salt, pepper, and there wasn’t any. Would rent again, but would be more prepared and bring basic kitchen supplies and utensils.

I stayed here for a girl's weekend, and it was perfect! This beautiful oceanfront house was comfortable and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Aside from beautiful accommodations, this Airbnb had everything you needed for a beach vacation from nice, fluffy beach towels to chairs to umbrellas, all you need is your bathing suit. The house is also very convenient to restaurants and the adorable downtown Fernandina Beach. Adele is a host who truly goes above and beyond. She always responded within minutes and happy to help with any questions. I would recommend this house to anyone. I hope we're lucky enough to return for another weekend!

Lovely location, easily walkable. Private courtyard appreciated for morning coffee, breakfast and conversation.

Adam's unit was excellent. It was laid out very nicely and the updates were well done. It was also nice that being on the third floor we didn't have to rely on the elevator (which happened to be right outside the door). The view from the balcony was fantastic!! We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The kitchen had updated appliances and was well stocked with mist everything you would need. Even a crock pot that we used. We loved our stay there!!

We are so grateful for Randy! This was an amazing location. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was already there waiting for us. I would 100% recommend staying here. My kids had the best time and loved all of the beach toys that were neatly waiting for them. I can’t even tell you my favorite part. Everything was perfect.
