Perfect location for our stay - easy to find and a very comfortable space for our needs.

Ginger's place was just perfect for us! The house was very well decorated for Christmas, and clean! Well supplied with everything we needed to make our week fantastic. Ginger was a very prompt communicator and everything was just perfect.

We love staying at Schuit’s place! It’s easily one of our most favorite airbnbs. The house is amazing for little ones and families. Lots of room and the backyard is amazing. The neighborhood is extremely safe and peaceful. Would 100% recommend this place!

Had a fantastic stay, clean and cozy, with a great coffee bar and comfy bed. Penny was incredibly responsive and had amazing suggestions. I’ll def be coming back!

I spearheaded a gathering of 7 women this past weekend and we could not have been happier with our stay. The house was beautiful inside and out - incredibly well-appointed - and had every amenity imaginable. Candy and Rick thought through everything! The house was spacious, clean, and the hosts went out of their way to make it extra special for my birthday with several unexpected lovely touches. We loved the hot tub and backyard - and only wish it was warmer so we could have spent more time enjoying it. The location was stellar, too. Anytime we had questions, Candy and Rick wrote back almost immediately. They were so responsive and helpful. Also worth noting: we were there when the temperatures dropped below 10 degrees, they could not have been more respectful when asking if they could stop by to drip faucets to ensure the pipes wouldn't burst. We felt so well taken care of - and definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for an amazing stay in Nashville.

I chose this location to just get away for some peace and relaxation. It was important to me that the rental had a private pool and allowed dogs as I have an elderly dog that I wanted to take with me. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. The master bath was spacious. I enjoyed the pool area which had a nice seating area and the pool was great and used almost daily. The privacy fence was nice to have too. The neighborhood was quiet. I followed the recommendation listed in their welcome book about where to get groceries during my stay. I would recommend this place to others looking to get away to a quiet area.

Having the right place was a big deal for us as we had kids and grandkids coming in from both coasts. With another son just a few minutes away, this made the perfect place to have a family Christmas. The kids loved the game room. Our hosts even went above and beyond by having a Christmas tree set up as well as a few other festive ornaments around the living room. We had a great Christmas together. Thanks!

The apartment was very clean and a great location for everything downtown. Would highly recommend this place to stay to anyone. Rhonda was a very informative and friendly host.

We really enjoyed the Burnham. We came to Nashville for the Amy Grant/Vince Gill Christmas concert at the Ryman and stayed 2 nights at the Burnham. The place is quiet and immaculate. The apartments are beautiful and had everything we needed. The Latch app was a new experience but the videos were very helpful with explaining how to use it. We felt safe and secure. The Burnham is close to everything! You can see the Ryman down the street and it's only a block or so to the Country Music HOF. We took Lyft to a few places we went because of the rain but would have walked if the weather had been good. I will DEFINITELY stay here if I return to Nashville!! FIVE STARS!

What a wonderful place to stay while visiting Nashville! Easy walk to many attractions. The apartment was clean, kitchen had all the essentials as well as nice gestures such as K Cups as well as shampoo/conditioner available for guests in bathrooms. Would highly recommend and will stay again next time. We went in the incorrect garage entrance but a quick call to Quianna and she redirected us, and we found entrance very easily. Quianna is a wonderful host!

Gem of a place to stay and will definitely stay here again. This location is only minutes to Broadway walking, Starbucks next door, and full of amenities on site. We had a great time in Nashville and highly recommend this stay!

The location is great and the place is very nice. The checkin is a little different. Needed an email that got caught in my spam filter. Would be nice if it was also text based. The unit is very well equipped.

we only stayed for a night, but I can see that the neighborhood has a few new buildings, great coffee shop and workout studio. Would definitely stay here again!

Book this Cabin! It’s private, cozy, clean and oh so perfect! Close enough to travel and do things to keep busy and also remote enough to escape and hide away in the cabin. The kitchen was well stocked, the linens were very clean, the bathrooms were pristine, the cabin was decorated so beautifully for Christmas! I was in heaven while staying here. Cory even accommodated our somewhat last minute request to extend our visit by 3 extra nights so we could enjoy the snow last minute! I would recommend this host EVERY TIME! The cabin is full of the things normally locked up at other air bnbs, such as extra sheets, scissors, tape, sunscreen, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels,etc. I was thoroughly impressed and happy I was able to clean along our stay and keep the place to my standards. Will be back again! Thank you for letting us enjoy your cabin!

We’ve stayed in a ton of AirBnBs, and this one by far is one of our favorites! So many thoughtful touches from the host made our NYE stay extra special. The cabin was decorated wonderfully for the holidays and was so charming. We especially enjoyed the record player with the great collection of classics along with the well equipped kitchen. You could tell the host put a lot of thought and effort into to making their guests feel welcome and creating a special experience. We hope to book again!

In the 15 years I’ve been using this platform, I can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve had the experience of staying at a place like Stuart’s. There is a real sense of integrity to everything in the house, from the thoughtful handwritten quotations to the gorgeous landscape art. This is a needle in a haystack find. Don’t miss it!

This little cabin is fantastic! The views are great and it was very quiet. The pictures do not do this place justice! We would definitely stay here again.

We can’t say enough about Margaret Ann’s place. She is such a wonderful host, making us feel like we are truly at home. Beautiful cabin with amazing views in such a peaceful setting. It is truly one-of-a-kind. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
