Beautiful home and great backyard for the pups to play in after a long trip. I would definitely stay here again!

Felt very much at home at Ginger's place. Had absolutely everything we needed for our few days stay. Ginger was extremely responsive and very accommodating. The home was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the location was close enough to all of the restaurants and shopping you could want but far enough away to be a nice quiet stay. The personal touches made Gingers place stand out from other Airbnbs.

We love staying at Schuit’s place! It’s easily one of our most favorite airbnbs. The house is amazing for little ones and families. Lots of room and the backyard is amazing. The neighborhood is extremely safe and peaceful. Would 100% recommend this place!

Stayed at Rick a Candy’s beautiful home with several of my immediate family as I was attending my daughter’s wedding! They are awesome hosts and everything was in order and exactly as described! We all felt right at home and it was great that we were all at one place. It made the entire long weekend more memorable! Would certainly recommend this home for a family gathering and the locations near Vanderbilt University and close to downtown was very convenient for us to get around!

I chose this location to just get away for some peace and relaxation. It was important to me that the rental had a private pool and allowed dogs as I have an elderly dog that I wanted to take with me. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. The master bath was spacious. I enjoyed the pool area which had a nice seating area and the pool was great and used almost daily. The privacy fence was nice to have too. The neighborhood was quiet. I followed the recommendation listed in their welcome book about where to get groceries during my stay. I would recommend this place to others looking to get away to a quiet area.

Beautiful piece of property.. Waking up to the sunrise and the deer literally crossing the front yard was quite memorable. The house is warm, spacious and inviting. We will definitely be back!

The place was great! Positives: We have stayed in many vacation rentals and often times have found the refrigerators are forgotten when they do cleanings but this one was spotless which I was thankful for. The game room was tons of fun. Location was quiet and had no problem finding it. Negatives: The twin beds are for little kids and we had our 5’7 daughter and 6’ son and they were too small and they complained about the creakiness about them. If you have young children, great. The main bedroom has no place to set your suitcase on. We had to have it on floor. In spite of the small negatives we would definitely stay here again. Really enjoyed our time there.

We have now stayed twice here with Brenton and Nolan they are wonderful hosts! Would highly recommend booking with them for your trip!

We loved this location and would definitely stay there again! It was very clean and tidy with a super comfortable bed and walkable to almost everything!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Great place in a great location! Walking distance to everything! Very safe area! Definitely staying here again next time!

This was our first stay in Nashville and was amazing. The cabin was homey and clean. The area was peaceful and we enjoyed sitting on the porch, even had a fire in the pit one night. It was the ideal place, close enough to everywhere we wanted to go but far away enough that you felt you were in the country. Definitely recommend.

Jaimie is an excellent host, goes above and beyond. I felt right at home, the cabin was simply darling, and it’s clear she’s thought of everything. As a single traveling female with my dog, I couldn’t have felt more safe and cozy! I loved how quiet and serene it was. I brought food with me so that I could cook/bake without having to leave. The eggs were such a sweet touch, especially in this economy ;) thanks again! I’d love to visit again.

This little cabin is fantastic! The views are great and it was very quiet. The pictures do not do this place justice! We would definitely stay here again.

Tranquility awaits at this home away from home. A beautiful drive to anywhere you may need to go—dining, shopping, concerts—but you may just want to stay and watch the sun rise and set. (If opportunity presents to meet the host, you won’t regret that either. We recommend her recommendations.) We know others have stayed between our stays, but arriving always feels like a clean, fresh, well kept secret.

We had a wonderful week getting away from it all at Stacy’s cabin. Plus she was thoughtful and accommodating when weather complicated our travel plans. Thanks for a lovely stay!

If you are needing a peaceful retreat to get away from the business of life, this is the place for you! My family and I loved our time at this adorable cabin! It had everything we needed and had us feeling right at home. My girls enjoyed playing in the spacious yard. John was very kind and always responded quickly to any questions I had.
