Waterfront vacation rentals in Franklin County

Great stay in a beautiful space inside with a wonderful view of outside. Restaurant on site is delicious! Can’t wait to go back in a couple months to our favorite getaway and stay in our new favorite retreat!

The views from this unit were outstanding as it was so close to the beach. Restaurants and shopping were Easily walkable. Nice balcony with comfortable furniture. The kitchen had everything you could ever need to prepare a meal. The only thing to know is that this is a 3 story unit…there is a flight of about 15 steep stairs to get up to the living/ kitchen area then another 15 stairs to get up to the bedrooms. There is no bathroom on the main living floor, as we are an older couple that was a bit of a challenge. The views certainly help compensate!

Perfect space for two. Easy accessible, clean, quiet, private, and a great location. Hope to stay here again in the future.

We caught more fish than we knew what to do with. Great dock, great pool, great patios and porches. We'll be back.

This quirky little place might be my favorite AirBnb! The setting right on the water is so peaceful. You can walk right into downtown and enjoy all Apalachicola has to offer. This might not be the best place for kids because of the water and stairs but for adults, it’s great. It’s not the fanciest place you will ever stay but it has old Florida charm and you can’t beat the location. We will be back!

Susan was wonderful. Pleasant. Friendly. Kind. She also has assistance from Liz, who is very near by most of the day. Liz was wonderful and did all that she could to assist.

I really don’t know where to start with all the joys of this experience. From the moment you pull into the covered, and paved outdoor park and play area, you know it’s different. Jackie is not a robot hosting you in a cookie cutter home. She is someone who really knows the area and what you need to have the most relaxing stay. You have everything you need. I can’t tell you how many times, my husband and I would look at each other and say, “OMG!, it has this or it has that!” The saloon and generous welcome gift is something I never experienced renting a home. The home is very comfortable with views that immediately set your soul at ease. The outdoor space is where we spent 80% of our time. From the beach to the porch, you have every luxury you need to unwind and reconnect in the salty breeze. Sunrise and sunset photos are stunning. The best part is that my dog Mallie, who is a member of our family, was not only permitted but spoiled with amenities just for her. You deserve to book it.

Wonderful stay! Comfy, spacious house with everything you need (we cooked 50% of our time there). Beautiful, private, peaceful property. Can't beat the view. Loved having the kayaks and enjoyed the fire pit nightly. Close to shops, restaurants and fishing piers. Hosts are super nice, very accomodating and quick to respond.

Sara checked in daily and made sure our stay was perfect. Fantastic views and house had everything it needed. Will definitely be back. Sara went as far to help us get a jacket returned to us that was left on accident by one of our guest. Grade A service & stay.

What a wonderful place to create lifelong memories with family and friends! The home was very spacious and was furnished with almost everything you need for your stay! Our family throughly enjoyed our time!

The house itself was fantastic and the furnishings were well above my expectations, all was extremely clean and everything you could possibly need away from home. I do wish I had known the laundry was on the bottom floor, completely separate from the living space and the trash situation was extremely aggravating, it is terrible having to haul trash appropriately 30 miles away for a family of 4 on a week’s vacation. The laundry and trash are workable situations, but there was one thing that will keep us from visiting Alligator Point again. This issue has nothing to do with the house just about the area of Alligator Point. The municipality or whoever makes the decision for the community itself needs more public beach parking. It is ridiculous how few parking spots there are for the size of the beach. When family members are unable to leave and come back to your set area on multiple days because of parking limitations, it certainly puts a damper on the week.

This place is really lovely! It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to stores and restaurants. It’s not too far from Tallahassee (we had to go there for an appointment) and Crawfordville has everything you could need. It’s quiet and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a very short walk to a lovely beach area which we enjoyed evening February cold weather. It’s also close to the small beach towns on the coast which I love visiting. Highly recommend!

Lori communicated extremely well. Check-in was a breeze. Just open the back door and walk the path right to the beach! House was clean and comfortable. I traveled with three of my sisters and our mother. Fresh local seafood was delicious! We will definitely be back! Thanks, Lori!

We loved Michelle’s place because it was so peaceful and quiet on the water! The area is abundant with birds and fish. This gave us a chance to relax in between graduation ceremonies at FSU. Our family is looking forward to returning for a repeat visit!

So glad I stayed here. The condo was right on the bay and had the best sunrise and sunset views groom the balcony. Well stocked, extremely clean and (this is info I always check reviews for) the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Melanie was a good communicator and I will stay here again!! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Julio‘s condo. It was quite spacious and perfect for a couple. It was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I was just a short distance from the beach and on the quiet end of the island.

Absolutely beautiful, spacious condo. I loved the open kitchen. The master was very comfortable and the large bathroom and jacuzzi tub were very nice for getting beach ready and soaking after a sunny, sandy day. The outdoor living spaces (balconies and patio) were great for boat watching and star gazing. We loved sitting in chairs and floating in tubes along the peaceful bay. Lots of wildlife and (shore & kayak) fishing at bay and beach: we caught sting rays, a little black tip shark, pompano, cats, etc. The kids loved catching hermit crabs and then chasing the ghost crabs at night (the biggest I’ve ever seen!) The home was very clean and well stocked with bath towels and kitchen essentials. Very convenient to snack and have a drink at the marina tiki bar. Very pleasant, responsive hosts!
