Vacation rentals with a patio in Frankenmuth

Homely and beautiful apartment, centrally located and responsive host. It was a great two weeks stay and highly recommend for family stay.

Wonderful place to stay! The property itself was extremely clean and the kitchen came fully stocked with any necessary cooking supplies. The property was located in a private quiet area, and although we did not know about tenants above when we booked (missed on our part) there was absolutely no issues as we never heard anyone moving around etc. Host was extremely responsive and helped us when we had questions/ problems. Overall felt safe, clean, and right at home.

Great place to stay at!! Very warm, cozy, and welcoming! Rochester Downtown is right around the corner w so much to do! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Wow! We were familiar with the home prior to Kimberly's ownership and what they have done with the basement apartment is amazing. They truly thought of everything. Great design, very comfortable, well stocked, easy instructions and we loved the personality of Kimberly's orginal artwork, especially the entry mural. It was winter, but we could tell the gardens have been lovingly preserved which warms my heart since my sister, the previous home owner, had designed them over several years. Next time we are visiting family in the area we will be looking forward to another stay during the summer months so we can enjoy the pool, patios and their fun looking outdoor furniture. Thank you for a wonderful and warm welcoming place and the love you have given the home . We have traveled using airbnb often and this is a true gem.

Very cute place in a great location. Beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable bed and spotless. We didn’t spend much time here as we only stayed a night but would have been great for a longer stay

The apartment is beautiful. Immaculate, upgraded, spacious. It provided a perfect home base for magnificent weekend. I would recommend The Finley Block to anyone looking to stay in Owosso.

Loved our time there in January! The house is a perfect gathering spot for family- fantastic kitchen outfitted with everything. Well suited for small children (with crib, single bed in roomy master) yet elegant enough for discerning adults. The activity filled basement is great for kids, teens and adults. Well done, and Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great privacy, cozy house and we loved the amenities of the fire pit and paddle boat. It was perfect for bringing our little one too, with a crib and toys available! We should have brought binoculars for all the cool birds and ducks we saw. There were even swans on the lake! I wish we could have stayed longer. The nearby town of Holly looks like it came straight out of a hallmark movie! It was so cute and had really amazing antique stores as well as some really great little restaurants we were able to try. I would move to this area in a second if I could!

This was our second stay at Tracy's house, and we'll definitely be back. Check-in was a breeze. House had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy as were the recliners in the living room area. New shower was fabulous. As clean and fresh as the place was, you would never have guessed that pets are allowed, but I'm so glad that they are! Our dog loved the fenced-in yard. Location is perfect, right off Lake Lansing Road. Tracy is very responsive and takes great care of the property.

The stay was great! Had everything we needed! Chris was super nice and lives right next door and he checked about the snow on the stairs and made sure we had a nice path to walk out to the cars. That was super helpful and extremely nice!

Loved our stay at Dylan’s Beaverton home. We shared the space with 3 other families, lots of room! Dylan was quick to respond and helpful. We would love to go back

This home was cozy and convenient. Stayed here with a 4 year old and 18 month old, there is a playground within walking distance of the home. A quick drive to multiple family friendly entertainment options. Both kids enjoyed the wildlife that came up to the bird feeders by the house. We also really appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

What a gem Clark’s place is! The home itself is gorgeous, unique, extremely clean, and full of thoughtful artistic touches from Clarke. Tons of space and light inside. The house is like an art exhibit itself. We so enjoyed staying here and taking in the house! It’s also super usable— we cooked a lot in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable as well. Beautiful and quiet, private surroundings. I imagine in the summer it’s beautiful too! Clark was one of the most hospitable hosts we’ve had the pleasure of staying with. Not only through the thoughtful touches in the house, but he was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. He came by to introduce himself and walked us through some steps with the wood burning fireplace, and even gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy- so thoughtful! Downtown Midland is super close by and has several really good restaurants and coffee shops.

This was our first Air BnB experience, and it was fabulous! It felt like home away from home and it was delightful to return to the house after a day of being out. For our party of 6, it was the perfect amount of space. The check-in experience was smooth, and the house was very cozy and peaceful. Things were kept neat and tidy inside. Towels, toilet paper, blankets, etc. were well stocked. House was as advertised, and we found even exceeded our expectations based on the listing. Thank you for providing us with a great stay, Renea! If in the area in the future, we would see if this place is available for staying again. A hearty recommendation!
