Vacation rentals with a patio in Foster

David’s place is great for an extended stay. We stayed 5 days and was a good sized place for our needs. Yarraville village is an easy 15 min walk and great cafes and local shops. The place is in a small complex on the ground floor and easily accessible. Was a $22 Uber to get to the Tennis at Rod Laver Arena. We sat out on the balcony, had a wine and enjoyed the serenity! Happy to recommend to others.

Key pick up was super close and easy. Height of the apartment in the building was actually more impressive than the listing looked.

Janette was fabulous, communicating all the way. House was exactly as described. We weren’t aware that it was the top story only. This wasn’t an issue for us but might be for others. Would comfortably fit 6 people. We even had a spa after our Flinders FunRun today and Janette was kind enough to allow a late check-out which we organised a couple of weeks ago. We would love to come back. Thank you Janette.

Great stay with a very accommodating host who allowed us an earlier check in and luggage hold which was a major help. Perfect location with easy accessibility to public transport. Clean and comfortable stay. I would suggest maybe a portable stand fan in the bedroom but perfect otherwise. Will definitely be booking again, Thanks Frazer and team!

Our stay at Ruqaya’s apartment was fabulous. Very clean and comfortable. Ruqaya had supplies in the pantry and fridge for us which was lovely. Ruqaya was very responsive to messages. The view was amazing 🤩 Short walk to Melbourne central and out to where we needed to go. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Ruqaya.

Excellent location and perfect for our stay. Clean and tidy and everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Great appliances, good quality linen. Matt although not needed during our stay, was great at communicating before and after our stay. Highly recommend this house.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Kat was fast on communication. The place is in great location just a short walk to the heart of town. Backyard a good size for pets and the place had all the basic essentials for a comfortable stay. Thanks!

Holly was a very good host with clear and proactive communication. The home has a “homely” neighbourhood feel to it rather a stark impersonal place to stay.

The accommodation was in a great location for us. It was modern, clean & tidy and had everything we needed for a family. There is also a great sized backyard for younger kids to play in which is completely safe and a great space to go and read or enjoy the sunshine. There was ample car parking on the property car park Our host Pemmy was very welcoming, accommodating and was excellent with her communication. We will be recommending this place to our extended family members and friends and will be happy to stay here again.

Our stay at Melanie's house was excellent, everything looked great including all the yummies she provided. We loved sitting on the front balcony and watch the people walk by and all the little parrots in the big tree. We walked to Albert Park for the F1 and we walked down Pickles street to the beach and had a great dinner at one of the restaurants. We will definitely come back one day and enjoy more of Melbourne.

We stayed at Andrew's apartment for 4 days and it was fantastic. The location was extremely convenient to get into the CBD and had amazing views of the city. The apartment itself was very clean which made for a comfortable stay. Andrew was extremely responsive and helpful, he gave clear instructions on how to reach the apartment and use the assigned parking space. Overall an amazing stay and made our last few days in Melbourne very comfortable and memorable.

This apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean bathrooms and kitchen, all the necessary kitchen requirements, comfortable furniture, big TV, nice long balcony. It's very quiet at night. The location was perfect for us - ten minute walk to shows at Crown and the Lume, plus all the restaurants along Southbank. Straight across the street is a big Woolworths supermarket. Our only issue was finding the car parking space but Meary has said she will give detailed instructions for that in future. All the communication with Meary has been with a very quick response time and she is a lovely person to deal with. I highly recommend this property.

Deb and Rob's apartment is a stunning jewel in the heart of Melbourne, an excellent location at South Bank near the Yarra river. Many attractions can be reached walking or by public transport. Supermarket, bottleshop and great coffee place are opposite the apartment building. The apartment is modern, beautiful, well stocked with all amenities one would like to have. Everything works! Wifi is great, parking spot for the car was very much appreciated (and required for us). Deb and Rob are great hosts, always acting and reacting fast, clear and to the point. Great place. Big tv. Comfy beds. 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. 5 min walk to supermarket. Quiet.

We had a great stay at Karen’s apartment. The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean, the location was awesome and so close to Mt Eliza village, providing great access to cafes and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.
