Great place and very kind owner. I love the place and everything is clean. One thing I want to point is the gray blanket. The blanket is not clean and smelly. Also, dishwasher was very smelly. I think because the one who was there before washed the dishes with no soap. Overall, great place and highly recommend. Thank you.

We were searching for a place that wouldn't break the bank while still offering beach front access. This space was beachfront, had a heated pool, and a view that was priceless from the balcony. Perfect for a beverage on the balcony and watching the sunset over the ocean. The space was just right and the master bedroom was so spacious. I would definitely recommend this space for a family of 5 or less to be comfortable. While the weather isn't the warmest in December it was nice having basically a private getaway. The only part that isn't the best is walking from pool to elevator to room on 6th floor when it is chilly. Regardless this was a great find!

I loved the location! It was very convenient for grocery & other shops. Very quiet & I felt at home the whole time I stayed there! I will check to see if available when I come to this location again so I could stay there again!

Me, my boyfriend and sister came here and it was nice and clean. Inside was spacious and was filled with nice goodies! There’s a lot to do nearby, walkable distance. the beach is only like 10mins away and so are the outlets. Definitely recommend

Veronica was absolutely the best host we have EVER had the pleasure of renting from. she (1) was immediately responsive; (2) checked with me each day to be sure all was going well; (3) promptly addressed or needs; and (4) was an absolute delight to interact with! If this seems gushy, believe me, she was the poster-child for what a host should be. In addition to these accolades, the studio was extremely clean and well appointed.

The place is great, very cozy and quiet. Baytown Wharf village is very close in a walking distance and the villa is huge, we saw the fireworks there and it was amazing. There are few beaches close, like 15 min driving and the resort beach is very nice as well. Jennifer is a great host, very helpful and always replied very quickly to our questions.

Very spacious 3 bed 3 bath condo with great views. Great location in Destin. Cindy is a great host and very responsive. If planning to go to the beach, book chair rental ahead of time.

Our family had a great stay. The rental was in a great location just steps from the beach with easy access to lots of local restaurants and shops. Everything was accurately pictured and as described in the listing. Anna was very responsive and accommodating. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this location.

My family and I were looking for a nice peaceful place close to the beach. This place meet our expectations!!! It was clean, had everything that we needed, walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony listening to the waves. Also being able to walk and see the sunset. We are already planning to come back next yr!!! Thank you so much

My family and I have been coming to Navarre for 5 years now and This is the best place so far I have found. The pool is huge and the view is great. Only issues would be there is no bathroom for you to use when you are at the pool, you have to go back up to your room. There seems to be an older woman who may live there who will yell at you and she only did that to the younger people but the older people could do what they wanted. Overall the trip was great, besides the weather, we will come back.

Great place to stay when visiting Florida. The area has alot to offer for tourists including food, entertainment and the beach. I highly recommend going here!

This condo was clean, spacious and beautifully designed. I have 2 kids so we loved having all of the amenities at our doorstep. We plan on coming back!

This was our second stay at this condo and we love it. It has a great shuttle to a private beach. The place is big enough for two with a wonderful king bed and large bath. We also, love hearing the music every night from red fish taco. We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Location was great and the home was clean and comfortable. Beach was a quick walk across the street and we also easily rented a golf cart.

Great location and amenities! The homes was just as described and pictured. Loved the decor and homey vibes. Tiffany was very responsive and friendly. Golf cart really made for some great memories for my 3 year old. :) it was his favorite.

Our stay at Tony’s place was wonderful, we had a great time and location was great. He answered our questions quickly and the house was absolutely beautiful, very comfy beds and very spacious. So much to do , we’ll definitely be back!

Above all, Peter was always easy to reach with any questions or concerns. I felt like he takes great pride in being an AirB&B host and making sure his guests needs are a top priority! The home was beautiful! 6 very nice bikes to ride around the property and the VERY near by state park. Although we didn’t use it, beach towels and any beach gear you would need are provided which is a huge plus for families wanting to spend ample time at the beach. A few things to be aware of when visiting, but not deal breakers: 1. sound carries through the house 2. Dishwasher and washing machine are louder than normal 3. Most direct sun is in the front porch area, as the back is heavily wooded and private 4. Neighbors are CLOSE in proximity- though VERY kind and welcoming. Note: The golf cart has to be rented for the entire trip. We were out and about along 30A most days. You can get as far as Grayton with 50% battery, so we did not venture further than that. 4 of 10 days we used it. All in all, ?

Amazing home in a safe neighborhood. Very private residence with plenty of space and a nice vibe.

We loved this house and the location. Blue Mountain is quieter than the rest of 30A and this neighborhood was very peaceful. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The kids loved the loft bed! Great pool and I especially enjoyed the gym every morning. Within walking distance to coffee shop, organic grocery store, bakery and restaurants. We rented a golf cart from Essential Rentals 30a and were able to get all over blue mountain, seaside and gulf place within a few minutes. Really great place!

Everything about this house was perfect! The location was excellent and we loved being right across the street from the Big Chill. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed with our four kids and had plenty of space. We loved all of the beach toys in the garage and the golf cart was great to have. Alaina was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! We would absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I and our two dogs spent a month here for a break from our WV winter. It was a great choice for us. The huge backyard was perfect for our dogs who just settled in like they owned the place. The house is very clean and the layout was perfect for us. We really like the neighborhood, which is super walkable, which was important for us. We walked nearly everyday on the "Holley By The Sea" grid three miles or more. I fish a lot, and it was only a couple of miles to the causeway over to Navarre Beach and the Navarre Pier. All in all, really good location for us with The Grey Taproom and Johnny Huston's Bar and Grill are right on our entrance to Rt. 98. We felt this rental was a good value and will absolutely encourage others to rent this place.

Carolyn’s place was a great choice. The house is spacious, just perfect for us. Beach is minutes away walking!
