Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Forsyth County

The location was convenient and great for exploring the downtown area. The apartment was nicely laid out with everything we needed. It was a great location for bringing a dog as there was a dog park and many places to walk. The only negatives were that the garage was open the entire time we stayed there, allowing anyone to get into the building. There were many people walking through the complex all hours of the night. The bed was harder than we expected but the extra comforter helped. The provided shampoo and conditioner was really only enough for one person to use for one shower. Otherwise we loved the location and convenience, the cleanliness, the security system was a nice feature, and the kitchen was roomy for cooking. There was a good selection of coffee provided which was great! Parking was close-by and ample. The host was a great communicator throughout the time that we stayed and answered any questions we had.

We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to Truist ballpark, restaurants, the art district, as well as close to lots of other attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

It was great a stay. The place was clean and had a great homey atmosphere.

Blake came through at the wee hour of the night. We had an emergency. He provided prompt service and his place was perfect for out situation.

Great place to stay in a wonderful neighborhood. Our group felt right at home with the many amenities, cleaniness, and spacious rooms. Host was very helpful & responsive! Would re-book if ever back in the area :)

I’ve booked several stays on AirBnB for a single room in someone’s home and I’ve stayed in hostels with a similar environment but Sarah’s place is by far the most comfortable, beautiful and best value I’ve come across. My teenage daughter and I stayed here and we joked about coming back to Winston-Salem just to rent her room again! Truly a “home away from home” feeling at this stay.

I’ll be here for a bit but so far I love it. Peaceful. private rooms with locks on the doors. I work night shift and have not had any day time disturbances. Blake doesn’t live here, just the renters. Going into my third week and only interacted with other guests like 4 times. You would think you are the only one there. It’s a great place!

I’m just disappointed I’m not able to stay until 3/15 when my contract ends. Not all dates are available for me to book😢 they are very responsive and made sure my needs were always met and that I felt safe and satisfied at all times. It truly felt like my second home🙃every available date I will be booking.
