Regina was an amazing host ! Washer was broken prior to our arrival and Regina made sure we got our uniforms for the soccer tournament washed every evening & returned promptly . This momma truly appreciated the hospitality & support . Home was cozy , peaceful and welcoming. We had everything we needed including spices, pots, pans and towels!! Thank you again! We will be back when in town again.

Our group of three families stayed at this Airbnb for a wedding, and it was an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable experience! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for all of us to relax and feel at home. One of the best parts of the stay was the stunning waterfront location. Waking up to the beautiful views and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere made our trip even more special. It was the perfect setting for a memorable getaway. The host was amazing—super responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and scenic retreat!

We absolutely fell in love with your home. Very clean, peaceful, kitchen had all the appliances needed for a stay at home meal. We felt safe and comfortable. Grocery store, restaurant and great sceneries near by. Our destination was get from Buford to Cummings. Easy under 15 minutes drive. Would love to come back.

Karen was very welcoming and responsive from the beginning. We were able to arrange flexible early check in for our guests visiting town for a wedding. Very easy check in, ideal location if you’re planning to visit Cumming. Very comfy stay had everything we needed

My stay was due to unforeseen circumstances. The home I was to move into had a considerable amount of obstacles, leading my family and I having to scramble. Heber accommodated us, including extending, as I searched for a new home. I work and my kids attend school in the community, so this was a costly, but stable choice. I appreciate this being a home away from home.

Great stay for long family weekend before July 4th. Kitchen had enough pots/pans and other items to cook with. There is a reg drip coffee maker if you don’t want to use Keurig. Beds were comfortable even the futon type bed downstairs. There are no blinds on master bdrm 2 windows so sun shines in early in case you like dark room in mornings. Walk down to dock is not too bad. Plenty of room of dock to relax. We brought 2 boats with us and there was plenty of room to tie up. Two item I have mentioned to owner after stay. There were some spindles broken in upper deck railing. We blocked off so no kids or dog could get near. They have responded that they have been fixed but still wanted to mention. Also, the outside tv/remote did not work. We spent majority of our time down at dock so this was not a big deal for us. We would definitely stay here again. Grandkids and adults enjoyed a great family vacation. Loved watching baby deer and momma go by each day.

Great place! Plenty of space would recommend to anyone with 8 to 12 guest. Any questions I had the host was quick to respond. Enjoyed every minute.
