Neat authentic vacation home just south of downtown Tréport. Accommodation is divided into 3 levels of living. Neat, all amenities available, very spacious equipped kitchen. Great bed. Hardly any private outdoor space. However, there are a number of bicycles.

A beautiful rural location. A little house away from the world with toys and board games to encourage children of all ages to disconnect. Very peaceful and relaxing. Antoine is a very friendly and helpful host

We had a wonderful three days at Mrs. Huguet's! The house is very comfortable, the bedding too and the garden and the terrace allowed us to eat outside, at noon (exceptional weather for early March!). Our teenage son was able to enjoy the room upstairs without being bothered by his little brother, which suited the whole family. Location. The beach is nearby, we went on foot via the very nice little path. Above the beach there are fitness equipment installed on a beautiful little lawn that our two sons really enjoyed and which must be the most beautiful fitness room in France, thanks to the views they offer of the sea! In short, we highly recommend this listing! Oh yes, and Mrs. Huguet was very flexible and responsive, and her instructions were very clear!

Despite not having the pleasure of meeting each other, Virginia was totally attentive and was able to make herself available as soon as possible when we had questions or special needs. Thank you for everything! 😀

Very pleasant and well equipped cottage. Beautiful view from the garden a green hillside. We explored the area by bike. The cottage is close to beautiful swamps, lakes and the river. It is also very close to the sea on one side and forests on the other side. A very versatile region with also some beautiful towns nearby that are worth visiting. We will be happy to come back.

the accommodation is very very functional, bedding at the top, and the environment is paradisiacal, the swans have deserted 1 km away but the wild geese always make me laugh a lot, as well as the lone duck still there in the early morning under the window. 2nd stay. Always great.

Mansion with lots of charm, very well equipped (for both children and adults.) Large garden ideal for children. Very nice bedding. Communication was perfect as well as self check-in. I recommend this place without so much as a second thought!

We love Normandy with all its different weathers, so our 8-day stay at the end of March was just perfect. The apartment is beautifully furnished, which we really appreciated. The bedroom with two lattice windows creates a wonderful atmosphere every time you wake up. When the sun shines, you can immediately relax on the terrace. The kitchen might not be well enough equipped for everybody, so if you plan on cooking a lot, we recommend bringing a few tools with you. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. A bakery with good baguettes and delicious sweet pastries is just around the corner to round off your morning routine. The sensational cliff landscape and the interplay of high and low tide are very impressive, for people and dogs! About 15 minutes away by car, you can go for a nice stroll and eat seafood in Le Treport. Xavier was a very friendly host. We will be back again!

We had a great time at Yann's home, his house is really made for conviviality. Yann was responsive to our requests. We will return to sunny days to enjoy the pool! I would recommend without hesitation!

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

Perfect place for 2 people. facing the sea. close to the pool, useful in rainy weather. we had a peaceful stay in an atypical accommodation.

We had a great time in Lyons' place at Stéphanie and Patrick's. The house combines the rusticity of the old building with modern facilities. We missed the time (and courage) for the sauna and the pool but we would have stayed much longer!

We had a very nice weekend in a natural setting... the village is charming and very quiet, the accommodation is particularly nice and Gwennaël is a very discreet, accessible and friendly host. The accommodation is very clean, well arranged and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the garden, the animals and the soothing and refreshing setting. Anyway, we recommend it!

Nice cottage on the ground floor near the beautiful beach of Mesnil-Val, in a very quiet residential area at the top of the cliffs. We had everything we needed and the owners provided the equipment for our baby, which was very convenient. Guislain and his wife were very welcoming. Note: the walking path to Mesnil-Val beach was prohibited on the way due to the danger of cliff collapse (however, no one respected this prohibition😅). The two beaches (Mesnil-Val and Criel-plage) are apparently forbidden to dogs according to the signage (again, at the time we were staying there was no surveillance and many dogs on the beach). The second terrace with sea view wasn't finished yet when we arrived, but the construction will take place right after we left. The first terrace is very bright but heats up very quickly because it is due south. In the end, a very nice stay:-)

Perfectly welcomed, quiet and ideal setting for a few days of rest in summer and winter, friendly and convenient house, beautiful territory, and access to Dieppe and the immediate seaside.

Jean Michel is a great host, available and accommodating for both check-in and check-out. Charming, comfortable Normandy farmhouse, very quiet, just the sound of birds. There were four of us and we were all delighted with this stay. Thanks again Jean Michel for this pleasant time.

The place matches the description, even better! Very bright, pleasant, peaceful, spacious as well as the rooms... And this open fire!! We took full advantage of it ;-) Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the outdoors with the bad weather but it must be very nice to be able to enjoy the terrace as well as the green space! Beautiful hikes can satisfy the most knowledgeable hikers! We were warmly welcomed by the host who is proactive, pleasant and cool (thank you for the Belgian chocolates ;-) ) Recommended gîte!
