Cottage vacation rentals in Forestville

This is a magical place woven through redwoods. I stayed there during a process of healing and I couldn't have asked for a better place. The house is well equipped and wonderfully decorated.

The Wine Lodge was overall an amazing place to stay. Perfect for two people looking for a nice, peaceful getaway. The wood-fire sauna was the star of the show! We definitely took advantage of it and used it as a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The back patio felt very private and was surrounded by beautiful nature. We also added a wine tasting to our experience, and were so glad we did! The wine exceeded expectations and the tasting experience felt very personal. Quinn was a great host, very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend this stay!

This is a charming place, beautifully kept with lovely furnishings. We really enjoyed the well appointed kitchen as we cooked every day. The yard and gardens are beautifully kept, peaceful and serene. Oranges growing right outside the house! We were in town for a wedding, and Santa Rosa is right in the middle of so many enjoyable things to do. We hiked on the CCT out past Bodega Bay, enjoyed restaurants in Healdsburg, visited the redwoods and shopped at the Barlow in Sebastopol. Thank you Cheryl for sharing your lovely home. We had a fabulous time!

This was a perfect spot for a personal retreat. I loved everything from the decor to the comfy bed to the private hot tub and well tended garden. I would love to come back again.

We really liked this place. The free breakfast was homemade carrot bread, fruit, hot beverages, etc. The place was clean and within walking distance of restaurants. Quiet at night. Bring an eye mask because there is a sky light over the bed. Would recommend.

Wonderful country side retreat. We’d love to come again

A perfect getaway for our family and dogs, beautiful view, lovely and cozy home to spend the days away in. Impressively clean, and clever use of of the space. We felt right at home and are excited to come back again.

Angela's place was the very best equipped AirBnb I've ever stayed at! She not only provided the standard clean linens, but also any tool or houseware that one might ever need while staying at this beautiful little escape. The only downside was that the yard is very steeply sloped downward and was full of burrs and weed seeds that got stuck in my dogs' fur. As long as I kept them on a short leash outside, I could avoid those things getting stuck in their fur. Angela was very communicative and flexible about booking, considering my needs as they changed. I couldn't be happier! This place is quiet at night, with virtually no traffic noise. All I hear was crickets and an occasional owl. Five star!!

The accommodations at Linda’s home were amazing! My partner and I truly loved the comfort and convenience of her home. We were able to book last minute and received a quick response from Linda for checking in. The space was super clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

This is a comfortable, very relaxing home in a beautiful location. The hosts are responsive and friendly. We had a great time here and look forward to our next visit.

This unit was perfect for a weekend getaway to Glen Ellen/Sonoma area. Location is great and with a short drive down the road, we could get to the nearby parks and Glen Ellen main strip. We had our dog, Tory, with us and she enjoyed the place too! It is a unit in a duplex, but the layout/floor plan of the duplex is perfect because there are no shared walls to common areas. (Living room/Bedrooms have no shared walls because the bathrooms/study of the units are what share the walls.) I am a very light sleeper, so it was nice that the only thing I could hear at night was the rushing water of the stream below instead of any snoring neighbors :)

Very nice place in a grove of Redwoods. Easy to navigate and the cottage is wonderful for a couple of people.

I only stayed one night but had a great stay. Check-in was easy with very clear instructions. I didn't meet the host but Alissa was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I ended up not using the outdoor bath as it's a bit cold for me but I slept very well among the trees. I also found the folder with local recommendations very helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Momma K’s beautiful home. It is comfortable, peaceful, and quiet. Momma K created a beautiful setting that is perfect for enjoying the river and nature. We can’t wait to go back for another stay!

The house was very comfortable and perfect for a family get away! I loved the proximity to the beach. She allows a dog which is great.

Just returned from a wonderful weekend at the cottage! This was the most ideal location, in walking distance to everything and a grocery store a stone throw away! The house was clean and comfortable, we would definitely recommend and are also excited to return. Thanks Marta for being such a responsive host!

Wow! What an amazing place. Loved the surroundings, with the creek in the back, and Sugarloaf Ridge State Park within walking distance. The home is beautifully furnished, inside and out. Lots of touches to feel at home including the wood stove in the living room and the fire pit outside. Ryan, our host, was so thoughtful and accommodating. Glen Ellen is a charming town with some great restaurants and wineries, while also a close drive to Sonoma, Napa, and Yountville.

Had a wonderful stay at the vineyard & farm. It was incredibly peaceful. The home was very comfortable and inviting. Our 3 year old called it ‘light & bright’! 😂

Jon and Jessica were great hosts, super responsive and kind. The place itself was very cozy and having the beautiful forest right there was amazing!

This was our second stay at this lovely and cozy cabin. Once again super cute and cozy place to relax and unwind. The weather was very nice and warm and we even had a barbecue in the back which was perfect. There was no blender at the time but the host was quick to buy a brand new one in such a short time after mentioning it to them. Amazing host! We can’t wait to be back in the summer! Thank you 😊

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. The house is beautiful and very well maintained, the location is great, and communication with Emily was so easy. Also, if you’re traveling with kids, the place is stocked with so many toys and books, which our toddler absolutely loved.

The house feels like a cabin in the woods--it is quiet with a view of the river and thousands of stars above. We loved the wood-burning stove, the hot tub, and the cozy wood living room. It was close to downtown Healdsburg but felt like a mountain getaway.

Donna’s home was great. She was very responsive and welcoming. I loved how private and peaceful the home was. The space was really big for two people, could easily fit a couple more. And there was a super cute backyard space with chairs and a grill. The bed was super comfortable and it had all the amenities you would want, including kitchen things.
